This classic villa sits on the hill above the fishing village of Hout Bay near Cape Town, with stunning views out towards the Atlantic Ocean, and the mountains of the Cape Peninsula. It is situated in a prestigious Scott Estate neighborhood. We have recently installed solar panels and an inverter to that the frequent load shedding no longer troubles guests.

The villa boasts four bedrooms, three with views of the ocean, and three bathrooms, two with shower/bath. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and small sitting area, and a picture window looking out over the ocean. Three other bedroom each have queen beds, and there is a single bed in an alcove. There is also a fold-out futon in the living area. Thus the house can comfortably sleep 10 people.

More views are available on the outdoor terrace, perfect for breakfast and lunch. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for large meals, as well as a counter top with stools for quick meals. There is a separate TV area, and a games room downstairs near the pool (located behind the sliding doors above the pool in the photo). Outdoors, enjoy the swimming pool and the garden, as well as the barbecue. Two vehicles can be kept safely in the enclosed garages, which have automatic door openers.
