The living room/dining room and kitchen feature an open plan with vaulted ceiling, warm wood paneling and carpeted floors, queen sleeper sofa and love seat, flat screen HD TV and stereo with remote controls.

The kitchen is a gourmet’s delight with new cabinets, granite counters and with new cookware, glassware, dishware, candle holder, linen placements and napkins.

My husband and I needed to get away and recover from a very tough year and chose to stay at Breakers 3. The owner was gracious and kind and extremely personable. The house was beautiful! It was tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The view was amazing. Loved the sliding glass door leading to the deck from the master bedroom overlooking the ocean. It came complete with internet service too. I would definitely return to this property and am looking forward to this year's vacation. One thing I hope they will add is a hot air popcorn popper M. P

We stay at Breakers 3 often, we love it there. The house is comfortable and roomy. All the comforts of home are provided. The covered parking is wonderful. The house is just a few feet from the beach and the view from the living room, master bedrrom and the deck is perfect for watching the sunset. It is so private you forget you're sharing the island with other people!
Each time we have been there it has been very clean and well-maintained.
The customer service has been consistently friendly and helpful.
We love the Rod N Reel restaurant and the Sign of the Mermaid and of course the Sandbar.
People are very friendly on the Island.
Breakers 3 is the best kept secret in all of Florida!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
