This is a beautiful duplex which has two separate townhouses, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can rent one side, or both sides. The units share a common wall, like with any duplex, but they are two completely separate residences. The townhouses each have their own separate address, the unit number condo 06 (which is the left-hand side as you are facing the building) and unit number condo 04 (right-hand side). We have taken many pictures and labeled each picture according to which townhouse it is in. Please take a look, and choose which one you like better.
Condo 04 is priced at 1725 per month
Condo 06 is priced at 1600 per month

The townhouse is 2 story, very comfortable bright and airy with modern conveniences but a personal touch; a wonderful electric fireplace that really warmed up the living room while curled up on the couch. Great views and close to nature for morning walks. Open floor plan allowed guests without feeling crowded. Kara was a joy to work with, very nice and responsive. Good location. We hope to make this our home away from home when we visit Spokane again. Thanks from Texas ! Christine & Kenny
My family stayed here for Superbowl weekend this year. Such a great little staycation for us! There was more room than we thought there would be and the downstairs was perfect for my son and his cousin to hang out in and play foosball away from the adults. The property was clean and well maintained when we arrived. It was quiet, even during the Superbowl when the neighbors for the weekend were shouting just as loud and as much as we were--that was an unexpected plus. It is close to Brown's Addition which was convenient when I had to make a store run after halftime, and there are even a few little restaurants (The Elk is the one I went to) if you want to go out for a bite to eat. Overall, we were happy with our weekend getaway and would be happy to stay there again!
Just as described and shown on the website. Excellent value for the price.
Our only complaint was that the kitchen was not equipped well enough for cooking for 8 people. The owner said she would fix it, so check it if you are thinking of some serious cooking.
The dining table in the picture does not look big enough for 8 people, but it is expandable and big enough for 8 people.
I would not hesitate to recommend to people looking for a decent place at a decent price. I would come back.
We stay at the River Bend House for several days each year. Our daughters and their families live in Spokane, and we need a large residence in which to gather. This rental meets those needs perfectly! It is beautifully decorated and clean, and the views are amazing. The living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and downstairs rec room allow the family to spread out comfortably. We love having large family dinners around the round dining table near the fully equipped kitchen. On the rare occasion that you lack something during your stay, Kara (the landlady) will respond promptly to your request. She truly cares that her customers' needs are being met. We highly recommend the River Bend House and look forward to next year's stay.
My family and I stayed at this rental and everyone was very pleased with it. It was comfortable and clean and the owners were easy to work with. the view was great and the location is very convenient to downtown. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place in Spokane.
We stayed here during a house hunting trip in Spokane - we had stayed in Kara's apartment, which was great, so we thought we'd try another property. Neat location and a great home. Very spacious - our family of 3 was perfect, but you could easily have a much larger group stay here. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, great living room space near open to kitchen for gathering, plus a basement area so folks can spread out. Kara and her husband were once again incredibly accommodating. I'd highly recommend this spot - close to downtown but much more peaceful, worth a few minutes extra driving! Thank you!
Our townhouse is located on the western edge of town. It has a wonderful view of the Spokane river, and in fact, it is a short walk / drive to the river from which many trails are accessible. It is also within a two minute drive from the Fish Lake Trail, which is an old railroad track that was paved over to serve as a nice path for biking, jogging, or walking. Two blocks away is access to a main bus line that takes you right downtown to the main transit center.
