Beautiful very well located apartment on the Royal Mile. 2 large bedrooms, 1 small bedroom /boxroom and spacious lounge/kitchen looking onto the most historic street in Scotland.

This impressive second floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This wonderful apartment is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to the train / tram / bus station.

The apartment itself has a lounge/kitchen with windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile.
A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from the living room.

The master bedroom with king size bed and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The third bedroom / boxroom also contains a double bed to accommodate the 5th guest. All main bedrooms are are the back of the apartment where there is no street noise.

A main bathroom with lovely large walk-in shower, WC, sink and towel rail, completes the accommodation.

An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 3 bedrooms consisting of 1 king size bed and 2 double beds. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge with kitchen is large enough to sit and have breakfast or simply to relax in. The free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops.

Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle and train station - a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients.

Special Events: Edinburgh Festival: This is a stunning flat to stay in during the Edinburgh festival and all festivals and theatres within walking distance.

If you require a taxi (cab) from Edinburgh Airport to the Apartment, the cost is £35 for up to 4 passengers from the airport pick up zone. If you wish a meet & greet inside the terminal, there is an additional £5 cost.

Convenient to Royal Mile
Property was lovely, easy walk to everything. only issue was not knowing about the spiral staircase and only having one key to the property. It can be an issue if everyone isn't going out at the same time, otherwise very pleased.

Absolutely perfect, can’t recommend this place enough!
Location was perfect. Located right in the heart of Edinburgh, with everything in walking distance. The apartment was huge and such good value for money. 3 big bedrooms, lovely kitchen/dining area. Easy check in process. Contacted host about extra keys whilst there and they responded promptly and helped me out. Honestly, if I was to go to Edinburgh again, I would 100% be looking to stay again. 10/10

Great location, helpful host
A great location right in the heart of the Royal mile. The narrow spiral stairs up are quite tricky to negotiate but once inside the apartment is massive! The parking is pay on street parking or nearby multi story so bear in mind if you're travelling by car with luggage or children! We had a lovely stay and Shahid was very helpful!
