This Chandler, AZ Vacation Rental Home is a golfer's retreat! The backyard with largel pool and waterfall is a richly landscaped tropical oasis with awesome views overlooking the 6th fairway of the prestigious 27-hole Troon Golf course. Step into this professionally decorated executive home with its custom furnishings, artwork and accessories and you will immediately feel its luxurious warmth and comfort. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and is split from one another for complete privacy. The upstairs loft provides a great entertainment area with large flat screen HDTV and surround sound. There are panoramic views of the lushly landscaped backyard, golf course and waterways from either the upstairs covered veranda or downstairs covered patio. Adjoining the patio is a large commercial stainless BBQ grill and large natural gas flagstone fire pit entertainment area. The large Pebble Tec swimming pool and relaxing waterfall feature provides a true resort atmosphere. A great location on a quiet cul-de-sac, is close to excellent shops, restaurants and grocery stores. ***Added Bonus*** We provide you two new bicycles to tour the beautiful Ocotillo community.

About Joann Hauser

My husband and I will celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary this year. We have two adult children and two grandchildren that bring so much joy to our lives. We enjoy traveling and gardening. I'm glad that we are able to share our beautiful Chandler vacation home with others and I get great satisfaction from the many positive comments we receive from our house guests.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we first visited the Ocotillo Golf Resort community in Chandler. We had looked at many homes for sale in Scottsdale and surrounding areas and when we drove around Ocotillo and saw the beautiful golf course, waterways, and lush green lawns, we knew we'd found our dream vacation location. My husband took one look at the lush backyard landscaping, the pebbletec pool and views from the veranda of this home and said, 'This is it! No need to look further!' We got a surprise bonus when we realized that the location was perfect for us; so convenient to shopping, restaurants, and close proximity to freeways to get around the city.

3 couples can easily share this beautiful, clean and well maintained home. Great place for sitting by the pool with a good book, as well as entertaining on the patio. In the evenings, we enjoyed making s'mores around the fire pit. Ideal location with incredible discount at Ocotillo Golf Course. Our crew was impressed with the friendly staff at the course. Wonderful home to enjoy friends, golf and sun!

Best Vacation Home Ever!

We enjoyed your beautiful home for two weeks over the 2012/2013 Holidays. We played 8 rounds of golf here and loved it. This is the fourth house we've rented at Ocotillo for our annual sojourn to Phoenix to visit our two younger children & their families for the holidays. Sufficient to say, your home is THE best of the four! We will be back again next year! Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We enjoyed our relaxing time here very much.
P.S. I know everyone who lives here thought it cold in December this year, but 60 degrees beats 10 degrees in MN at this time of the year, hands down! As soon as we get back home, I will be contacting you to book again for the Holidays.

Your Home Is Magnificent!

Joann, we had a wonderful relaxing time. Your home is magnificent - such a lovely setting on the golf course. We love playing golf here and to be ON the course is a huge plus!
