This beautiful newly built 2 bedroom holiday home is just a couple of minutes from whitstable beach, harbour and Whitstable town with Private off street parking, garden and balcony. WiFi also included.

You will be absolutely delighted with this immaculate holiday home which has everything you would need to create your perfect stay in Whitstable. With refreshing blue and white interior decor, laminate flooring and sky lights letting natural daylight into the open plan living area, you will be hard pushed to find a more elegant property. Blue Skies comprises 2 bedrooms. A double bedroom with a large wardrobe and the 2nd room has adult bunk beds. Enjoy sitting outside on the furnished balcony or relax on the lawned garden area.

Whitstable is lovely and we have stayed there many times. Unfortunately the property was not as expected. I was reluctant about staying in the property as previous reviews had commented on the cleanliness and there hadn’t been many new reviews for a while. I contacted the owner in advance who reassured us that the property had been freshly decorated that year. However the cleanliness WAS terrible. For example 1. The plates and cutlery was dirty, I don’t mean just a spot on them I mean put in the drawers without being cleaned at all. 2. Empty drinks cans had been left on the balcony. 3. The dining chairs had crumbs down the edges sofa as did the sides of the sofas 4. There were crumbs on the beds and they didn’t smell fresh at all. 5. The garden is unusable 6. There was hairs on the bathroom floor 7. There was a bin type smell I contacted the owner to address our concerns who got back to me to say that they would send a cleaner round the next day. I declined as we had unpacked and i had made the place bearable. We left the property a day early as we were unable to relax . It’s a real shame that the property is advertised incorrectly. I explained to the owner that the stay wasn’t acceptable,he responded to say he needed proof. I think that the only proof that is required is for the owner to go and see the property for himself and provide compensation

Not suitable for the elderly
Very nice. Everything you would need but this property is not suitable for the elderly. Steep steps to property and the shower in the bath not easily accessible as nothing to hold on to. Also the mattresses on the bunk bed need to be replaced as not comfortable at all.

Good location, very central.
The house was well equipped and clean. Although the garden was not as described. It was full of weeds and un- useable which was disappointing as I had my 4 yr old Granddaughter with me.

This very modern apartment has a lovely balcony that leads to the garden. Its all about location location in Whitstable and this is a perfect place to stay as it is in walking distance of all amenities in Whitstable. It has also just had Wi FI installed.
