At 500m from a small village of 1200 inhabitants with Romanesque church of the fifteenth century. A 3 km the Adour river, ideal for walks and picnics. Perfect base for family holidays, close to the beaches of the Landes coast, Capbreton marina, but also for beautiful walks in the Basque country and Spain. Région que nous connaissons bien. Maison spacieuse au calme bien clôturée. Le plus la piscine bien agréable bien que non chauffée. Commerces à proximité. Leclerc à 6 kms environ. Propriétaires sympas.

Le charme et le confort

Très jolie maison avec une décoration chaleureuse, bien agencée avec un bon terrain et belle piscine. Situé à 25 mn des plages, au calme. Il y a tout pour passer un agréable séjour. À garder dans son carnet d’adresse.

Prestations satisfaisantes

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, les propriétaires sont accueillants et très réactifs suite à deux problèmes rencontrés (électricité et piscine). La maison est spacieuse et équipée correctement. Le jardin l'est tout autant et bien entrenu. Quelques bémols toutefois : - piscine : la photo ne permet pas de voir qu'il s'agit d'une piscine type intex avec une structure bois construite tout autour. - literie moyennement confortable, des oreillers ergonomiques auraient été les bienvenus - le niveau de finition général pas en ligne selon nous avec le prix demandé - le propriétaire devrait aussi mentionner que le nettoyage n'est pas inclus De manière générale, les prestations étaient satisfaisantes.
