A rustic, 300-year-old, thick with thick stone walls set in a countryside area close to bars, restaurants, and shops. It is located halfway between the town of Pollença and the Font residential area.
The two-storey house features four bedrooms, reverse cycle air conditioning, and two bathrooms. The first floor boasts three bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground floor offers a bedroom, a shower room, and a living room with a 24-inch television.
The kitchen is separate from the other rooms and faces the swimming pool, located between this and the house. It features a gas stove, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, pots, and pans. A bar divides it into two sections: a kitchen area and a dining area. There is a table for 6. Here, you can look out of the windows onto the pool area.
A porch links the kitchen to the rest of the house and is a great place to spend the evening. It has a table a masonry bench, wicker sofas, and a smaller table. This is also a wonderful place to read or dine.
The pool area faces the house and is a landscaped area mostly covered by lawns, apart from the terrace that sits between the kitchen and the swimming pool. Surrounded by well-maintained cypress trees, it boasts a parasol, garden tables, a BBQ, a shower, chairs, and hammock.
The pool measures 4 x 8 m with a depth of 1.1 to 2.2 metres. It is tiled and has its own lighting. In order to make it more secure, it has a slight gradient (about 30 cm above the level of the plot) so we can prevent accidental falls and keep children safe. It has two ladders; there is a masonry staircase with three curved steps in the corner of the shallow end and a classic, stainless steel ladder in the deep end.
The stone slab path down to the pool has space to park two cars in a shady spot.
Outside the house, there is space to hang washing and a small laundry room with a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.
For our youngest guests we provide a high chair, a folding crib, and a pushchair.
The small TV has international channels, a satellite receiver, and a DVD player. You can use the W-Fi in the spacious indoor areas and in the garden.
Rentals are according to a seasonal rental contract. We do not include services that you would expect in a hotel. The house is clean and ready to welcome guests. There is no regular cleaning service during client's stay. You can contact local companies if you would like to hire a cleaning service.
The holiday home adjoins to the owner's house, separated by the path that leads to both. The pool area and the garden next to the holiday home provide an enclosed area with complete privacy from the neighbouring house. The pool is for guests' exclusive use; it is not a communal pool.
