* No renters under the age of 25. Age verification is required.
* Weekly Sat to Sat rentals during Spring Break, Summer, and late Summer seasons.

* $400 Damage deposit required and refunded after satisfactory inspection of unit, and property armbands. A $500 damage deposit applies for monthly rentals.

The perfect Edgewater Tower spot

The room itself was very comfortable, and had an epic view of the beach. But I cannot stress enough how important the location is. It’s literally as close to the beach access as you can be in Tower III, and at the end of the stairs to the first floor. The owner was an excellent communicator.

Perfect home and location.

This property was exactly as described and lovely. Beautiful view of the beach, easy access to beach and pools. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for the 4 of us. The fridge was full size and made it easy for us to store our groceries for the week. Kitchen appliances were great. The host was friendly and had clear communication. I would recommend taking extra garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap and detergent. We were there for a week and needed to purchase these items to make it through. I would absolutely stay here again. At NO fault of the host - there was constant construction going on in one of the units so there was drilling everyday - nearly the entire day. We didn't complain as this was out of the hosts control and everything else was perfect.

Our amazing beach vacation

We had a great time at Edgewater’s resort. This is the second time staying in this same condo and we are in love with it. The condo is very nice and clean and the owner is great to work with. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful place!
