Fully equipped kitchen includes Miele dishwasher, Microwave, enormous fridge, electric hob and oven, toaster etc. Utility room with Miele washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Fantastic terrace onto well manicured gardens and large pool. Upstairs terrace overlooking the gardens, pool and the sea. Direct access to the beach from the front of the complex within a 1 minute walk.
Perfect for families: The location and size of the villa is perfect for a family of upto 6.
It is within 1 minute of the beach of Cala Gran. a 7 minute stroll of the town centre and 15 minutes from the Marina.
The terrace has a small gate opening on to the garden and pool with a large table and all the living is outside during the summer.
We supply all shampoo, conditioner and shower gels and 2 hairdryers in the villa. Also beach towels.
There are many small Calas/Beaches to choose from within the vincinity, With at least 4 within a 10 minute walk.
Golf and other sport facilities all near by.: There is a fantastic golf course within a 15 minute drive with amasing views and fabulius restuarant facitlities.
There is a diving school within 3 minutes.
Cycle hire within a few minutes walk too.
More or less any summer activity you may want is available.
I have owned the 1 bedroom apartment in the same complex since 1983 and always wanted this house. The previous owners eventually sold it to me in 2004 and i have been thrilled with it ever since. We have completely refurbished it and this year 2015 have had a new en-suite bathroom and new floors. Each year we ensure we keep it up to date.
We have watched Cala d'or grow throughout the 30 years we have been going there. Whilst it is certainly much bigger than then it has still retained its charm and the restauarants and bars are of very high quality.

Fantastic sea views and gardens and position
We booked Villa F for our little family holiday, which consisted of 4 adults & a six month old baby. Lynn arranged the taxi transfers (as we needed a baby seat) and was always available by e mail or phone for any of our many queries! Villa was perfect, so well equipped, no need to take a travel cot or high chair, all these things when you travelling with a baby are important! Gardens & pool were fabulous. Location great for shops, restaurants, we can't wait to go back!!
We as a family hired both the villa and apartment. Can only echo what others have already wrote. Lynn was great for contact and the kids did not want to leave!
We hired both the Villa and the apartment for 2 weeks in July/August 2014. The Villa is probably the best situated villa on the complex with easy access to the pool. The Apartment has the most amazing views you could wish for. Within walking distance to everything you need.
Both properties were immaculate and provided all the essentials from beach towels and shampoo to sugar and salt. Excellent communication and help and advice throughout from Lynn the owner.
Will definitely book again.
My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday staying at Playa D’or. The villa is absolutely superb and the attention to detail from décor to every utensil possible is second to none. The location is ideal whereby you can stroll to the beach and are close enough to the bars and restaurants yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the villa. I cannot recommend the villa highly enough.
We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which has every comfort needed for having a relaxing holiday. It has a very private and lovely balcony terrace that is ideal for sunbathing with additional scenic views of the nearby cove. Small and quiet pool area if in need of a cooling swim. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Beautiful area with many coves to explore.
We have just returned from a lovely holiday staying in apartment Y in Playa D'Or 1 Residencial in Cala D'Or. This was our first visit to this part of Majorca and would highly recommend both the location and the apartment. We have often used private rented
Cala D'or has grown into a sophisticated playground for all types of holiday makers. The Marina area is full of stunning Yachts and Cruisers. The Sea is Turquoise blue and all water activities are available locally. It has the most excellent restaurants and bars, and provides a lively night life for those seeking it. The villa location however is quiet being on the headland of Cala Gran beach with just a short stroll to all amenities. The beach is 1 minute away and the town is approx 7 minutes walk and the Marina approximately 15 minute stroll. The beautiful Val D'or golf course is approximately 10 minutes away by car.
The Caves of Drach are approximately 15minutes by car.
