The terrace provides the perfect place for watching the marina, ocean, and the lively walk side. Moreover, a relaxed 10 minute walk will take you to the beautiful old town and the lovely Plaza de Naranjos with its variety of designer shops, tapas bars, restaurants; perfect for dining outdoors or having the classic ‘hot chocolate and tejeringos’. And even better…you don’t need a car! So…relax and enjoy our comfortable apartment.

Enjoy your holiday, at 10 steps to the EU prized beach \\\\\\\'Golden Beach\\\\\\\'. It is called the Costa del Golf for a reason! First-class golf courses like Santa Clara, Santa Maria, Rio Real and Marbella Club are located nearby, a lot of others can be reached in a few minutes drive. A 15 minute drive away you will find the Sierra de las Nieves National Park where you can go on 4x4 jeep safaris, quad-bike, fishing, shooting, mountain biking, mountain hiking and horse sports. My husband and I spent 10 days at this apartment. The location is fabulous -- just across the promenade from the marina and beach. The historic, old town is easy walking distance. The owners were very helpful -- from advice on transportation from the Malaga airport to shopping advice to sightseeing tips. We would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of five living abroad for the last 15 years and wishing to retire in Marbella for good. The weather is always great, the people is really nice and we love the south of Spain where the poets are born.

The property belongs to my husband family since 1965, it was the most elegant building built in Marbella at the time, unfortunately swimming pools where not a must at that time. We bought to the family when all the brothers and sister wanted to sell. We love the apartment and the location.

ON THE BEACH, NEVER ENDING VISTAS.

Wonderful beach and ocean vista from this 6th floor apartment. Never end pleasures enjoying breakfasts and sunsets from this terrace.

Well equipped apartment; clean and well maintained building. Note, being on the beach there is a late night party crowd, loud nightly till early in the morning.

Convenient location to walk to Marbella's Old City or drives out of town to places such as Malaga, Gibraltar and Ronda. For museum goers don't miss the Ralli museum in Marbella or the Picasso museum in Malaga.

Marbella's beach road, Paseo Maritime, runs for several kilometers. Wonderful for people watching and access to scrumptious restaurants.

VACATION RENTAL AT VALDECANTOS

The property was centrally located and close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The apartment is well laid out and well supplied with the basics for an extended stay.

We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend the apartment to others. Since the apartment is adjacent to the marina, you should be prepared for some noise from party goers, particularly on Saturday nights. But that is a minor point in what was a very nice location in a very attractive city.

Faccio i miei Complimenti ad Anton e a Isabel per la splendida casa che ci hanno messo a disposizione. Abbiamo trovato tutti i confort che si richiede ad un appartamento ,tanto che sembrava di essere a casa nostra.L'appartamento e' :perfettamente funzionante ,locato in una posizione centralissima nel cuore dello splenduto paseo marittimo.L'appartamento gode di una visuale Eccezionale.Siamo rimasti soddisfatti di questa vacanza,usciti dal palazzo avevamo tutto sotto mano:negozi,ristoranti,supermercati,ma sopratutto al mattino avevamo l'imbarazzo di dove andare in spiaggia.Ho messo 5 stelle per la casa perfetta,per la posizione.E'una casa che consiglierei al mio migliore Amico.Un pensiero a Pepe il portiere e l'uomo di fiducia di anton e isabel persona molto disponibile .S'e'ritorno a Marbella sicuramente sarà a casa vostra s'è volete Grazie

MARBELLA APARTMENT

This is a very cosy apartment which is well situated on the Paseo Maritimo (Seaside Promenade). It is within easy walking distance of the major attractions including the "Old City". There are many good restaurants nearby. An added benefit was the presence of the concierge "Pepe". He speaks English well and is always eager to help. He taught us how to manage some of the appliances which were unfamiliar to North Americans (particularly the washing machine) and he answered some questions about how to get around. In addition we were in email contact with the owners who provided valuable advice on foodstuffs and restaurants. Our biggest problem was the Discos in the neighbourhood which were noisy well into the night especially on Friday and Saturday. There was only one English language channel on the TV but then there are no Spanish channels in our home town! Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Owner's Response: Marbella is a live small city and there are entertainment for everyone. You can be awake the whole night going to disco places, bars, special parties, etc. If you prefer relax and sun then you have the beach and the wonderful promenade. PERFECT APARTMENT IN A PERFECT LOCATION

Just arrived back to a rainy UK after spending a week in glorious sunshine in Marbella. We loved the apartment especially the position. We ate at Pepe’s Beach Bar on Venus beach each lunchtime and in various restaurants each evening, some around Orange Square and some on the beach. We particularly like La Red restaurant right on the beach where we have got to know the owner over the past few years.then on to Marbella.

We will definitely recommend your apartment to all of our friends and hope to return ourselves in the future. I am sure you will hear from Pepe that we left the apartment as we found it. Lastly, thanks once again for a perfect week.

Our condominium is located in the very first beach front area developed in Marbella, right across the Marina and the two beaches surrounding it, and just 10 minutes walk from the old city. Charming and fun, located in the middle of restaurants, shops, and 'garitos' (beach restaurants) where you can enjoy delicious sea food and the famous 'espetones'. The Paseo Marítimo gives you 5 miles of safe biking or walking space, all the way to Puerto Banús and its especial Marina. Finally, if planning to rent a car to explore Andalucía, you have a convenient public parking right in the back street.
