MOUNTAIN GRAND AVAILABLE ACTIVITIES
Boyne Mountain is a skier's paradise offering the best skiing and boarding in the lower peninsula. Ski in/out access will get you on the slopes quickly where you can spend a day on one of the many groomed runs, half-pipe, or tubing park. Expert and beginners are equally delighted as Boyne Mountain can accommodate your needs. Lessons and rentals are available for all ages at the main lodge along with child care, restaurants, a shared hot tub, and heated pool. If you still want more, head up to Boyne Highlands or Nub’s Nob for the day and take in their slopes. Tickets can be purchased online in advance.

After a long day of golfing, skiing, or whatever you’ve done to work yourself out, take in a relaxing spa treatment or relax in the hot tub located in the main lodge

Not tired yet? Boyne features the largest and best indoor water park in Michigan Avalanche Bay will cool off or warm up whichever the case may be you can slide, splash, surf, or soak till you drop. Tickets can be purchased online in advance.

Boyne Mountain offers plenty of dining choices located near the main lodge just a short walk away. There is full dining at Everett's, 40 Acres, The Beachhouse at Deer Lake and the A'Pres Pub.

If you get hungry or thirsty on the slopes stop in at the Eagle’s Nest for a bite or just to warm up.

Good experience for Boyne Mountain first-timers

Fine spot for a Boyne Mountain retreat. We were super appreciative to find a place where we could bring the dog, especially for longer vacations. The ski in/ski out benefit is limited to when the Disciples 8 chairlift if open so if that is important to you, be sure you have a good sense of the weather/slope conditions as we were not able to do that in March. But it's just a super short drive to the Village. Also, while some VRBOs provide basic toiletries, be sure to bring all you need to this spot (not just shampoo/conditioner but also kleenex) as well as KCups for the Keurig machine. We had trouble with the TV when we first arrived and hosts were responsive to our texts and got it reset within 30 minutes. Unfortunatley, the next time we turned it on the same issue returned but at least it was stuck on a March Madness basketball channel. We also weren't able to watch the TV in the master's bedroom due to a missing remote control situation (we did tell the hosts about that when we mentioned the first TV issue but it wasn't addressed and we were busy enough with skiing to let it go).

Our stay was great! I would recommend this rental. It had large rooms with plenty of sleeping space, had a great location only 50 yards from the slopes, and the host was friendly and professional.

Good location

The unit's location is ideal for ski-in and ski-out, however, it's not directly on the slopes. To reach the slopes, you'll need to cross the street and then cut through some trees, but after that, you'll be very close to the Disciples 8 lift. The owner was communicative during our arrival, despite us noticing a few maintenance issues. It's worth mentioning that they don't provide toiletries or hair dryers, so make sure to bring your own.

Super location, comfortable and clean

Ski rentals take a beating and this rental is no different but everything was in good working order for us, clean and functional. Location is tops. A few updated kitchen basics (bowls, knives etc) would be nice but I know people just steal the good stuff so we left you a brand new griddle pan. :) We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place but NOT ski in ski out

I booked this property nearly a year ahead of the trip on the description that it was ski in ski out. But it is across a street from the slope. The unit was clean and nice. I’m just disappointed in the inaccurate listing as I feel I paid extra for that feature.
