The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor of the building and has an elevator.
Very bright, very quiet, recently renovated, elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts.
The apartment has a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a large shower.
In each room there is one or more windows and is equipped with adjustable air conditioning and heating.
The kitchen is well equipped, with induction burners, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
In the living area there is a large LED TV with digital terrestrial system included.

Very convenient and comfortable

This apartment is in a great area. It was very clean and comfortable and Francesco was great at getting back quickly and answering all our questions. Very quiet too except for the church bells at 7.45am each morning but we were up by then!

Lovely apartment. Great location

A very comfortable and well-appointed apartment. Comfortably furnished. Location is excellent for central sights. Very quiet. We had a wonderful stay. We would love to stay here again. One suggestion for when you arrive is to ensure you receive a full briefing on equipment as some of the notes are out-of-date. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment has a soul!

Milano - heart of historical Brera, tiny, charming road leading to the beautiful apartment. This is the place where Francesco's Mum greeted us with unusual warmth. Everyday we were surrounded by her help and support. The apartment is located in the best location anyone ever can think of. The apartment offers you everything that you need for a fantastic holiday. But there is a lot more into it! The place is decorated so tastefully. Evere detail reflects beautiful heart. This apartment has a soul! Everything is so perfect there and very well maintained. It is so comfortable, peaceful and spotless clean. The appartment is spacious and very modern. This is the place where we have left our hearts and souls so far. We will definitelly come back again. We would like to say big THANK YOU for making our stay so memorable.

A very nice apartment in an excellent location!

The apartment is in the centre of the most beautiful department of Milan , Brera. You can walk to all the important sites in a few minutes and still live in a quiet little street.The owner's mother very helpful!The bed was very comfortable,the cozy kitchen very convenient and the living room just what a couple needs!It was quite clean,although the sofa could use some extra deep cleaning.Overall a very good experience.Highly recommended.
