Our family fell in love with Isabela on a trip to Puerto Rico to visit family. We both have hectic jobs and it was the only place we visited where we truly felt we did not want to go home. We decided this would be a great place to have a second home to visit during the cold winter months as well as a place to retire some day. Our children love to go to Puerto Rico and most times we their friends and parents come with us. The west part of the island is truly special because it is less developed and more rustic. However it has everything you could ever need to have a fun and exciting vacation. There are plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions but the best is coming home to a beautiful terrace to watch the sunset or sitting out at night and looking up at the stars. We have great neighbors who have really taught us about the culture of Puerto Rico.
This house sits high on a hillside and is extremely private without being isolated. We absolutely love our choice and would not want to live anywhere else!
