Travel: Air Travel -

You can fly to Malaga airport from as little as £40. None of our properties are more than 40 minutes from the airport. Alternatively Gibraltar is approximately 50 minutes drive (allowances should be made for crossing the border).

Car Hire -

If you wish to arrange car hire, you can either collect your car at the airport or arrange to have your car delivered to the apartment. You will need 8 euros (max. in august) to pay for the tolls.

Transfers -

We can arrange for our experienced resort host to meet you at the airport and transfer you to and from your apartment. (see additional extras).

Taxis -

Taxis from Malaga airport to any of our apartments currently cost approx 55 euros each way, plus tolls. There is a plentiful supply at the taxi rank directly outside the airport.

An ideal 6 month break from Blighty!

An ideal setting for us.
10 mins to the Port, 10 mins to Mistral Beach San Pedro (Best Beach), 5 mins to the motorway to go where you want.
Great views, pool, well kept gardens by a man who never stops! Quiet, we have a 2 year old, a pool 20 yds away, wifi, a nice balcony, supermarket 2 mins, bar 2 mins, all sorts of take aways 5 mins we left a lot of the menus in the flat, Selwo 20 mins and as much golf on the doorstep as you could possibly dream of. The property was clean, with plenty of equipment including a good highchair, 2 bathrooms is a bonus.
Enjoyed it so much we rented it for 6 months and will be going back.

Most relaxing and enjoyable

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with amazing sunset overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and North Africa. The flat has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, relaxing and efficient. The location is great - very easy reach to Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella, Malaga, beaches etc. We could just wake up and decide what to do/where to go for the day without planning ahead. It is in a quiet up market residential development, with onsite supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The staff working here and the neighbours are very friendly and helpful. Definitely going back.

Absolutely fantastic!

We had the most fabulous 4 day stay in this apartment. The views from the balcony are just spectacular - we could not get enough of them! The sun sets on the balcony side so you have sun well into the evening. The location is great because it's away from all the hustle and bustle and in beautiful countryside but it's still only 10 minutes drive from puerto banus. There is a lovely pool which is just outside the door of this apartment and is hardly used by the other residents. The apartment itself is spacious, spotlessly clean and stays nice and cool. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are large with powerful showers. There is a large living space which has all the amenities - tv, music systems etc and a lovely kitchen. I cannot find fault with this place. We had the most wonderful time and will certainly be returning.

Great flat, stunning location

Monte halcones is one of the most idyllic resorts I have ever visited. We found the flat in pristine condition,with comfortable air conditioned rooms and ample bathrooms. Heading straight out on to the balcony,the view of Gibraltar is unrivalled. We spent so much time just sat on the balcony, admiring the view. The rest of the resort itself is ideal - a beautiful, clean swimming pool which was never busy, friendly residents, and a short walk down to the super market and restaurants. Getting to puerto banus was really easy too, about tens minutes in a cab, which were always waiting at the entrance to the resort. Staying here we were able to enjoy the energy of puerto banus, but escape easily to the tranquility of a homely yet stylish flat. I would highly recommend it.

Due to its spectacular hilltop location, to fully appreciate the area we would recommend car hire.
