Complete entertainment system including projection screen/surround sound home theater, plasma TV's and full house music system. Fireplace, high speed wireless internet and saltwater aquarium. Excellent retreat for a couple or for a family looking to enjoy all aspects of beach living. Marine Life: A paradise for lovers of marine wildlife. Dolphins pass by daily, often stopping to feed directly in front of the property. Whales are often seen in season. Seals are common. A great opportunity to experience premier Grunnion runs, a breath taking phenomenon of nature that occurs between April and September, twice monthly. Beautiful tide pools are right out your door for exploration and a wide variety of sea life make for fascinating snorkeling/scuba diving. Interesting variety of pelicans and other seabirds. Malibu lagoon is nearby for viewing of large flocks of bird life.

Fantastic house and host in all aspects. Extended our stay an extra day/night to continue the escape from reality. Great beach, view, surf. The owner was responsive to any questions 24x7. Excellent media options on all floors. Will return in a heartbeat if find myself traveling to Malibu again. Thanks for the memories.

Wow! What a real find. This house had a a good balance of everything I was looking for. Malibu is a unique vacation spot, as it has a lot of chic, high end homes, which are very pricey, but also has many homes that have been beat up by the elements. It was no easy task, trying to research homes from the U.K. I searched very hard for just the right home, which I feel I found it in this one. It is very well cared for, on a lovely sandy beach, and was a relatively good value considering that this is a very high end home. The location is also quite good, as it is not far from Los Angeles, yet you still feel like you are in a very special location. I had a thoroughly splendid time. I definitely recommend this house.

We've had a great week and said more than once that this location was perfect for us. Liked being away from the crowds and sleeping to the fabulous surf!! Boys cycled from here and girls played on the beach between excursions. Really needed another week!!
