Available for summer, winter breaks and long winter lets the popular complex of La Isla in Javea is situated just a short stroll from the Arenal Beach and offers a unique setting with its extensive tropical gardens offering a profusion of mature trees, flowering shrubs and lawns. It really is the perfect place for long hours of relaxation in the sun or shade and is suitable for all ages.

The Lagoon style pool is breathtaking and has bridges and a centre Island. There are 6 Apartments on offer. A Two Bed Two Bath First Floor in Block M, Three Bed Two Bath Ground Floor in Block G and a further 4 Apartments advertised on Property No 9856, Two in Block A, Two in Block C. The choice of apartments gives families and friends the perfect opportunity to holiday together, whilst remaining independent from each other.

Apartment G1 consists of an entrance hall which leads into an extremely large and spacious lounge/dining room. It is bright and sunny with doors leading onto a lovely outside terrace and private garden; perfect for 'Al Fresco' dining. A gate from the private garden leads onto the lagoon style pool and beautiful gardens. Off the lounge is a 'entertainment room' which has a tv and stereo system. A dividing door can be closed to keep noise to a minimum should the adults wish to sit and chat and children wish to watch tv.

Off the entrance hall there are also bedrooms 1 consisting of twin beds and bedroom 2 which has a double bed and between these a full bathroom.

Once through the lounge there is a further hallway leading to a further full bathroom, bedroom 3 with twin beds and a large fully fitted kitchen with separate utility room.

Apartment M2i is a lovely bright and sunny first floor two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It consists of an entrance hall leading to a modern fully fitted kitchen, a bright and sunny lounge diner with doors onto a terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom. There is also a second bedroom with twin beds and a further full bathroom.

The La Isla Apartments are within a few minutes walking distance to the 'Arenal' area of Javea which offers beautiful clean sandy beaches and a host of amenities for all ages including shops, bars, restaurants, discos, fun pubs and a small fair for children.

Javea: The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its 20 km of unspoiled beauty, excellent 'Blue Flag' Beaches and hidden coves. Javea itself is split into three main areas. The 'Arenal' which is within a few minutes walk from the La Isla Complex offers beautiful 'blue flag' sandy beaches with safe swimming, a variety of water sports, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants with a small fair for the children in the summer months with rides, trampolines and Go-Karts. Javea Port is a 15 minute stroll and is a traditional fishing Port with a large Marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of Restaurants and Bars and clean pebbled beaches. The traditional Historic Town has white house fronts and cobbled streets, it is a typical Spanish Town relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambience, it has many traditional 'Tapas Bars' and a Weekly Market. The spectacular Fiestas begin in June and continue throughout the Summer Months. The apartment is also on a bus route to the Port, the historic Old Town and Cala Blanca beach (which is fabulous for both swimming and snorkeling) and this runs every 30 minutes in the summer for a cost of a couple of euros.

Nearby Areas of Interest & Tourist Attractions: Javea is less than one hours drive by Car from Benidorm, which has many attractions for all ages including 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a themed Swimming Park and 'Terra Mitica' a large Fun Park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the Mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar'. Other nearby Towns include Moraira with spectacular Coastlines and varied entertainment, Denia with its large Port offering daily trips to the Balearic Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the Sea, Benissa, Teulada and Gata de Gorgos.

For the Golf Enthusiast: The Apartment is ideally situated for those guests who enjoy a relaxing round of Golf. Javea has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 Holes and there is also Club de Golf Ifach Moraira again with 9 Holes. Further away there is Club de Golf La Sella in Denia with 18 Holes and the famous Seve Ballesteros Club de Golf Oliva again with 18 Holes.

Great holiday apartment

We had a great week at the apartment at La Isla. It was very spacious and easily catered for 6 adults. The swimming pool is beautiful and the apartment is just a short walk from the Arenal beach. We have been to several apartments at La Isla and this is by far the biggest.

La Isla M2i

The apartment was clean and the facilities good. Had only one small problem with the apartment while staying there which was immediately rectified by the agent. Only real bugbear was that you weren't allowed any drinks around the pool area (even water in a plastic bottle) and that there are no toilet facilities meaning we had to keep returning to our apartment in our wet costumes! The apartments are nearby to the beach and restaurants meaning a car is not necessary when staying here.

Javea is a lovely place to live to for vaccation stay. This was our 2nd time there, and we enjoyed it very much again last summer.

The appartment is very suitable for a family of 4 persons, modern and ideally located, as you can go all around by walking distance for shopping, to take away or for entertainment (mini golf, karting, tennis, ...). The flat is very calm and clean.

The apartment plot is geared up with a fantastic pool which the whole family will keep an excellent memory! this is actually great to see the kids to play for hours dived into it, thanks to thes XXXL pool size!

Everything is clean, well maintained, and preserved because of mix between residential owners and renters. Thank you also to the Elite villas team for their care and see you next year!
