This is a prestigious and sought after development where you can simply step out of the garden directly on to the sandy beach and into the soothing waters of the Mediterranean sea.

Located in a wonderfully unique, natural setting, enjoying an exceptional climate, this apartment offers every possible comfort for your stay. We offer the highest quality in a peaceful development, within private tropical gardens, yet only a few minutes walk from the opulent social life of Marina Puerto Banus in Marbella.

Our tropical gardens have 2 swimming pools. This very safe and secure development is located directly on the beach with a security gate opening onto the Blue Flag sandy beach, into the inviting Mediterranean sea and the lavish Ocean Club with its fabulous huge seawater swimming pool. Also this security gate leads into the famous PUERTO BANUS MARINA which is a two minute walk either along the sandy beach or by using the boardwalk.

The gardens and apartment are wheelchair and push-chair friendly. The boardwalk is accessible from our garden gate which makes the beach and Marina Puerto Banus so easy to navigate.

We have a 24/7 hours key collection service facilitating your arrival and departure times making them totally flexible and at your convenience. In the adjacent building you will find the most luxurious exclusive health and beauty SPA with its own indoor heated swimming pool, well equipped gym, exercise classes, sauna, steam room and Turkish hammam as well as conventional massage treatments. Sehr schöne stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir haben die Wohnung für 10 Tage gemietet. Unsere Erwartungen waren vollkommen erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Jedes Zimmer hat eige Balkon. Hier haben wir uns als zuhause gefühlt. Die Vermieter haben alle nötige Infos rechtzeitig gegeben und auf alle Emails sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Beste ist, dass das Haus direkt am Meer ist und durch privatem Tor (das immer abgeschlossen ist) kommt man zum wunderschönen Strand und Promenade. Die Wohnung ist auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Ich würde jeden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
Vielen Dank an Familie Marar, dass sie uns die Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt haben.

Dream Vacation

My wife and I stayed in both Apartments during February and March, 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartments are exactly as advertised---spacious, comfortable and well appointed. There are reasonable reasons to choose either one over the other---although we preferred the other apartment because it is larger, perhaps more luxurious, has more lovely terracing and the heating/cooling system is quieter for guests in the second bedroom. From the front terrace, Gibraltar is only a quick glance to west. Pretty spectacular!
The condos are perfectly situated in Puerto Banus. A walk through the lovely condo gardens, then a ten minute walk along the boardwalk fronting the Mediterranean brings you to the port and a plethora of yachts, luxurious automobiles and fashionable shops of almost every prestige brand known to man. A twenty minute walk along the shore in the opposite direction and you?re in San Pedro, a charming quintessential Spanish town. A car is not required although we chose to rent one and it facilitated trips to Gibraltar, Malaga, Cordoba, Grenada and several of the ?white villages? (Casares---don?t miss it!---spectacular Ronda, Istan etc). The Saturday morning street market a short walk up the hill to Nueva Andalucia is a fun outing. If art is even a remote passion, pencil in a visit to Museo Ralli at Coral Beach. Outstanding collection of mostly Latin American artists, along with representations from Dali, Miro and Alexander Calder and because of the generosity of its founder, Harry Recanati, it?s free. The bus to Marbella will drop you at the door.
The apartments are professionally managed and your booking, payments and deposit refunds are handled in a friendly and proficient way. I know you won?t be disappointed should you choose to stay here. We hope to return one day.

A wonderful stay

We spent a wonderful stay in Marbella.

The appartment is spacious, comfy and we felt very well welcomed and happy to live there for our holidays. All was perfect. The owners were gentle and they shown us, each time, the desire of satisfying their hosts. We found them very attentive and kind. They took care of everything with many professionalism. What a pleasure to spend some holidays in a clean and luxuous property like "Andalucia Del Mar". We have intention to come back again next summer in one of their beautiful properties as Marbella.

We spent such a nice and wonderful stay that we just want to come back again ! Thank you so much !

Great location and apartment.

The apartment we stayed at was on the first floor, when we arrived the apartment was clean and there was plenty of space which was really good. It has three balconies which had table and chairs. It was in a really good location next to the beach and couple of minutes walking distance from the shops and marina, there is a supermarket very close by. On Saturdays there's a market not to far away, walking distance. There was also plenty of restaurants to choose from. The owners have been very helpful and get a quick reply with your questions. Deposit was also refunded quickly a day after getting back. Would stay here again.

Owner's Response: Our apartments are an excellent choice for all members of the family to enjoy the location on the beach.
All amenities such as restaurants, banks,supermarkets, shops and of course, Marina Puerto Banus are all with in a very short walking distance. THERE IS A boardwalk along the beach which takes you straight to Marina Puerto Banus as a convenient facility for push chairs or wheel chairs.
You definitely don't need a car while staying in one of our 5Star apartments although we do provide a car parking space in our secure garage.
The apartment is cleaned, decorated and fitted to exacting standards with all appliances available to make your stay feel like a "home from home" experience.
