We have a 24/7 hours key collection service facilitating your arrival and departure times making them totally flexible and at your convenience. In the adjacent building you will find the most luxurious exclusive health and beauty SPA with its own indoor heated swimming pool, well equipped gym, exercise classes, sauna, steam room and Turkish hammam as well as conventional massage treatments. after several years we finally found our apartment in puerto banus.
sufficient space, more than sufficient store space (and with my wife i do not say that lightly). and a beautiful view.
we really enjoyed our stay, owners are very kind and on top of everything. any problem will be immediately solved.
only shame it took us four years to find it.

Andalucia del Mar apartment

We spent 3 lovely weeks in Andalucia del Mar apt. 116. The apt was clean, well appointed with everything we needed. The owners were very helpful in arranging our pre-visit, transportation, as well as when we were in Spain. My questions were answered immediately from them. The grounds are nicely kept and the view from the balcony is very nice. We loved the early morning sun on 2 decks. The apt is located in an area with opportunity for easy walking to shopping, dining, swimming in the pool when weather is warm enough, or just lounging by the pool, and strolling along the seaside. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone, friend or relative. We look forward to returning some time.

Excellent high-end condo

The apartment was impeccably clean on our arrival and everything exactly as advertised. It is spacious with great views to both the sea and the mountains, it is well furnished and has all necessary equipment and kitchenware. The only minor flaw is the bedding as the thin blankets are too cold for the winter months. The owners always answered queries promptly and were very forthcoming and helpful. The security deposit was returned in full on the day of departure.

Puerto Banus is not very lively in the winter months with many restaurants closed. Marbella is not far away and has plenty fine restaurants but a car is required to get there. Many excellent golf courses within a short driving distance and more further afield.

Owner's Response: We are so pleased to know our guests found our apartment to their utmost satisfaction...if only they had asked us about extra blankets we could have easily and quickly supplied them. At the same time, there are available surplus blankets in each bedroom wardrobe.

We do not know what restaurants they are referring to being closed. Out of hundreds of restaurants, catering for international kitchens and all budgets. Very few restaurants do close for a week or two, to carry on some refurbishing in the low season in February. The weather was absolutely magnificent, and most restaurants were opened.

Great location and apartment

We spent 6 weeks in this apartment. It was spacious, well decorated and equipped for a long stay.

The location is great. Marina, supermarket, boutiques ans sea shore are minutes away by foot. From there, you can walk to Marbella or San Pedro on the boardwalk along the sea shore.

Finally, the owners pay great attention to details to make our stay a wonderful experience.

We were on a 10 week winter vacation , and relied totally on the review system to make the booking with Angela and Nael with confidence .We were not disappointed . .....it was exactly as it said "on the tin " !The reviews posted for Apt No 514 all were superlative , and indeed this accommodation was superior to any similar priced rentals which we encountered in Australia , and the US .Both Angela and Nael were wonderful people to deal with - always dealing with emails promptly , and making it clear that any problems that arose would be swiftly sorted out . In 10 weeks , not one problem surfaced .Highly recommended .Go for it .

We work hard all year round, so our holidays are important to us. We don't want to become aggravated by an ineffecient and unhelpful booking process, and we don't want to be disappointed when we arrive to find the booking was not what we had expected. We have very high standards, and are not easily pleased.
So it gives us great pleasure to write this review - in a nutshell, everything was absolutely perfect!
The listing description on the website was accurate regarding the location, layout and amenities (in fact it was better than the photos led us to believe!)
The property was spotless, and was very well-maintained throughout.
Angela and Nael were extremely effecient in dealing with the whole booking process and answering our questions.
The location was perfect - close enough to stroll into Puerto Banus in 10 minutes, but far enough away to leave all the noise behind at night.
We are already looking to book our next holiday there, and would certainly recommend this property to a friend or relative
