This is the ultimate luxury for a holiday rental on the Mediterranean coast. Wake up to views of the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean & the golden sandy beach of Campello from the comfort of your own bed. Indulge in luxury bedding, walk-in shower & kitchen, terrace (now heated and with glazing for further winter comfort and child safety) with balcony furniture & breathtaking sea views. And as if that isn't enough, just walk out on to the promenade & beach or relax around the tropical pool set in the very grounds of the apartment. (Please note that the pool is now only available from mid-June until end August). Or for something more leisurely, have fun at the private mini-golf course, enjoy a drink in the summer months at the private bar or have a barbecue by the pool in tropical surroundings. And if you have children, there is no better place to be. Your children can play safely in the children's swimming pool, outdoor or indoor play area whilst you relax in the bar.

Relaxed and calm stay
Our apartment had the most fantastic view, on the beach, sun rise incredible, so wonderful with the large balcony that also has retractable glass doors so if needed can be closed. The apartment was large, airy, clean and super super comfy beds and pillows. Lots of restaurants, a stunning sandy large family beach with clear blue waters too. Perfect. Wonderful hosts thank you 🙏

From the minute we arrived at the airport everything went smoothly with the transfer to the apartment. The apartment is in a prime location for places to eat, shops and bars. The apartment has everything you need for the perfect holiday. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Right on the beach as described.

Great flat in perfect location
We booked this property because it was directly on the beach with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. The flat was spacious and well equipped for guests. Lots of thoughtful extras - toiletries, cleaning stuff etc. would certainly recommend as a god base for el Campello and Alucante

A wonderful seven weeks
We stayed in this lovely apartment for 7 weeks in October and November, and enjoyed every minute. We were met at the property by Phil and Falconery when we arrived after a long day’s drive and were given a very helpful tour and introduction of the apartment - Phil, the property manager, was always available if we needed anything, which was a great comfort, but happily we barely needed to trouble him. There is a lot we could say - all good - but the main highlights for us were: the balcony and its beautiful views of the sunrise in particular (also watchable from the bed in the master bedroom with its amazing floor to ceiling window); the location, on the beach but also within a very few minutes walk of the many and varied restaurants and bars along the prom up to the marina; the short walk to the well-stocked Lidl (with many other supermarkets and shops also within walking distance); and the gym and the tennis court. We had various groups of family and friends to stay during our time so the proximity and easy drive to Alicante airport was also very handy. All our visitors loved it and we took the opportunity of exploring with them the various towns up and down the coast, using the tram to go to Alicante and Villajoyosa in particular. All in all, we could not recommend the apartment highly enough for a longer stay (and would be wonderful too for shorter stays of any length).

Another wonderful stay
We had such a wonderful time in el campello this year with all our family. The apartment is in the perfect location and has all the amenities we could have wished for. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

Although recently bereaved, I have decided to retain this beautiful apartment, which has so many happy memories for me and our children and grand children. I greatly regret that because of a change in Spanish law regarding the safe guarding of pools over 200 square metres in area, the community will only pay for a life guard during Spanish summer school holidays. This can be from mid-June to the end of the first week in September, but do please check with me before booking. If it is a beach holiday that you are looking for, then the beach is less than 50 metres from the apartment.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of its proximity to Alicante airport (25 minutes by taxi) with direct flights from most UK main airports. It has excellent transport links which means that after a life time of driving all over Europe for holidays we no longer need to worry about having a car. There is a Lidl supermarket within five minutes walk and a larger Mercadona within ten minutes walk. The excellent tram service, with two tram stops within fifteen minutes walk from the apartment, will take you down to Alicante in thirty minutes and up to Benidorm in about an hour, with main line train and bus connections from both. The beach is in front of the apartment and any number of bars and restaurants along the esplanade. Evenings are a real joy strolling along the beach front trying to decide which bar, or restaurant you will try next. The gym has recently been refurbished and is well equipped. The two squash courts have also been upgraded. Indeed, the whole development is currently under going a major uplift which should be completed summer 2023. There is a tennis court and mini golf.

What makes this property unique

A few minutes stroll from the flat into the crystal clear waters of the Med. Need we say more. Oh, and plenty of activity for the children in the gated compound of the development in the summer months. The property also benefits from curtain glazing to the balcony which can be drawn across and secured for peace of mind for those with active young children!

There is a100mb download fibre optic feed allowing for streaming speed internet, WiFi and a full UK channel TV package and some other EU channels.
