A beautiful condo located in the heart of Dewey. The condo is located at 109 Bellevue St., in a complex of 4 units. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one with 3 twins and the other with 1 queen bed. They share a full bath. The second floor has a spacious living area with a balcony overlooking the street. There is a half bath adjoining the living area and kitchen. The second floor also has a well stocked kitchen, including a bar with 4 stools, and a dining table, with seating for 6. On the third floor are two bedrooms, one with a full and twin bed, and the other with a queen. These bedrooms are separated by a Jack and Jill bath. This unit is located 1/2 block from the main street and a block and 1/2 from the ocean. Within walking distance to all the hot spots in Dewey Beach, book your stay today!

Excellent Experience

We came for a bachelorette weekend. The house was perfect. Fit 9 of us very comfortably. Check in was easy. Parking instructions worked perfectly. Very clean. The kitchen has everything you could think of. Absolutely great experience.

Great Location and great Outdoor space

The pictures of the outside do not do the property justice. It sits with it's own private courtyard area which is great for hanging out it. The inside of the house is great and it is very big and great for a large group.

Great Time

The layout of the house was perfect. The owner was very accommodating allowing our dogs to be there as well. Close to the beach and businesses. Would stay there again.

Great Dewey condo

We loved our stay at this condo. We rented for a bachelorette weekend. The location is unbeatable. Walkable to all bars/restaurants and the beach. It’s literally right in the center of everything. The parking lot was also a plus! I would love to rent here again.

Great Place to Stay

This rental is a great place to stay in Dewey. It is right in the middle of everything, while being far enough off the road that you are still able to get some peace and quiet. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
