The Space

This self-contained, fully refurbished, apartment has its own Concierge (24/7) on the ground floor, which provides easy access for all.

Icona Point, constructed 2008 has modern lifts that wizz you to the n third floor, where your apartment is located.

The bright airy living room provides a fantastic view of Olympic Park and has an in-house entertainment centre with:

• Wide screen TV, wi-fi, cable, blu ray DVD;

• One double sofa bed;

The kitchen modern and bright, with air extraction unit contains:

• Modern grey laminate counters,

• Electric toaster, Kettle & filter coffee plunger,

• Oven and Microwave,

• Ariston washing machine;

• European cabinetry,

• All cookware necessary to make gourmet meals

For that great night’s sleep, getting ready for going out or relaxing in, the apartment has:

• 1 x double bedroom,

• 1 x bathroom, bath with shower, extraction unit,

• 1 x cot (available, on request),

• 1 x camp bed (available, on request),

• Full central temperature controlled heating,

• Radiators in all rooms.

• Portable fan

For your enjoyment, ease & comfort you’ll find:

• Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper,

• Clean towels x 8, clean tea towels x 4,

• Change of bedding linen x 2 for double & sofa bed

The apartment is maintained by Maddy my Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinary, Maddy's team prepare it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7.

The Concierge Team who are on-site 24/7 have your apartment keys, which means you have no hassle gaining access regardless of your time of arrival.

The Concierge & I are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. I provide full mobile, email and IM contact details for me once you have booked the apartment.

Guest Access

Before you arrive I’ll provide you with a detailed inventory so you know what’s in the apartment and importantly what you don’t need to bring yourself!

The apartment is located in Icona Point, Warton Road, E15 and was constructed for the Olympics, 2012.

Access is through a communal entrance managed by the Concierge Team. A lift takes you to the second floor where you enter the apartment through its own private front door.

The apartment block been recently built, provides super access to one and all. So if you are arriving with prams or heavy luggage you will have relatively straightforward and easy access into the apartment.

Once inside access to all room is on same level so moving around inside the apartment is very easy.

Access to the apartment is obtained through a set of keys, which are held for you by the Concierge team.

They’ll be expecting you so please have some form of ID, passports or ID are best as we can never be too careful in providing safe and secure accommodation.

Interaction with Guests

Our approach is providing you, the guest, with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay at the apartment. In advance of your arrival I will provide you with ‘some helpful things’ document that sets out what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive.

On arrival the Concierge team will provide you with your keys and can answer any questions relating to the building, If you have more specific questions about the apartment, which I did not answer in the guide please do phone or text me.

During your stay I will contact you from time to time by text message or phone to ensure all things are well. On the morning of check out I will again text you to support a successful check out and ensure that the Oyster cards are returned.

The Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in E15 London and it’s within short distance of many of London's famous sights, from the River Thames to Canary Warf, to the Tower of London, the City of London and London City Airport.

The HMS Belfast, London Dungeons, Westminster Cathedral, London Eye, West End, London’s theatre land and the City of London are but 15-20 minutes by tube.

There are lots of shops in Westfield Sopping Complex and the best grocery stores nearby are the Tesco (5 minute walk) Sainsbury (10 minute walk) or Marks & Spencer (10 minute walk) in Stratford High Street.

Stratford has a veritable feast of international & ethnic restaurants, pubs and cafes. For those looking for late night life there are a number of clubs on in the West End, which is close by.

Getting around

There is an abundance of public transport (bus, cabs, trains & tubes) within 0-10 minutes that provides access to local, national & international travels (trains, planes & auto mobiles), London’s many historic and beautiful attractions.

Other Things to Note

The apartment is available for short or long-term letting and ideally suits entrepreneurs, people on the move, lifestyle travellers, small groups, individuals, couples, families with young babies or children on holiday, business or backpacking trips in London for a few days, weeks or months.

This apartment is not available for parties during your stay, please do not book it if this is your requirement. If you do have a requirement for a party you can discuss if you wish.

House rules - simple:

The main rules are that people treat the neighbours and the apartment with respect.

The apartment should be left as you found it but if you do break, damage or lose any items please let me know.

The next guests in will be expecting the same inventory that you found on arrival.

This apartment is not available for or to be used for a party during your stay. If you do have this requirement please do discuss it with me.
