A Taste of Italy

Wonderful villa, perfect for a family holiday. - a real taste of Italy Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Perfect outdoor veranda with pizza oven and BBQ for family meals and hangout. Pool was popular for the whole family on our rest days. Great location locally with much to see and do and incredible restaurants. Not far from the highway between Rome and Naples for sightseeing. The friendly owners were extremely hospitable and helpful showing us around and readily available to help answer our questions and give advice on specialities nearby. Very inviting and lovely personal touches with coffee, fresh figs, Limoncello and Prosecco already for us and little bags of toiletries for all. A week was not long enough! A perfect place to celebrate Nona Audrey’s 80th. Love the Williams Family xx

Beautiful house with an outstanding pool

The owners of the house were extremely helpful. They showed us where an open restaurant was and helped us find somewhere that would make a cake. The pool was outstanding, the children absolutely loved it. It is a salt water pool and divine. Comfy chairs outside etc. We spent most of the time outside. There was a lovely area with tables, chairs and a sofa. Inside there was everything you might need and more. The kitchen has loads of utensils, pans, coffee machine etc. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

Everything we wanted!

Due to covid travel restrictions this holiday was a long time coming and boy was it worth the wait. The property was fabulous, authentic and felt like a dream home for the 10 days we stayed. Luigi was a fantastic host and we communicated a lot on during our vactation. He advised us on trips, getting about, where to eat and shop. It is safe to say we are coming away with more than just great memories but also a friend.

Authentic Paradise

Beautiful big and spacious villa with nice ,clean size swimming pool and lovely gardens .Had a lovely stay in this villa. Beautifully presented both inside and out .The villa has the italian touch ..I can recommended this villa for everyone.. Everything was perfect without any problem. Villa is clean, fully equipped, has enough space for a large group.Communication with owner is professional and very fast.The owner help us i every way possible ,even help us to get a birthday cake (lovely tasty one )-thanks Luigi for making our holiday worth every penny.

I am an entrepreneur in the field of computer science, my wife is an agent of the police. This is our 2nd home where we go to relax in your free time.
This is also why we leave everything in the house that can serve those who live there, including linens and towels.
We are both in Rome, where we live in Morena area.
They sommelier for passion, so I'm constantly in search of food and wine of excellence in the area and there are many. For fans like me, I provide my knowledge to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Why they chose this property

We decided to rent just because we go there just for sporting commitments especially our daughter. In this way we can recover a bit 'of costs incurred for maintaining enough, including taxes.

What makes this property unique

The house is very large, is approximately 200 sqm divided for maximum comfort. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, there is a large veranda where I put barbeque, pizza oven, swing pass long days and evenings. To the cold months we have central heating and fireplace.
For the pool are sun loungers and parasols, there are also a ping pong table, a foosball table, Playstation, WII, SKY and TV in every room.
Are available to guests upon request towels and sheets.
For lovers of tracking is possible to organize excursions on the mountains above Patrica (a km.18 from POFI) with the possibility of eating at altitude.
For lovers of food and wine we show you where to buy and / or taste local products of excellence.
