Luxurious, high-end and relaxing residence with an incredible patio overlooking a breathtaking ocean view! Your balcony boasts an oceanfront view of crashing waves, the O.B. Pier, lights of La Jolla and Sea World fireworks are seen from the property. The surf sounds lull you to sleep & refresh you in the morning. It is only 15 paces from a cliff overlooking the pounding surf and tidepools and offers two assigned parking spots. Few properties can put you this close to the ocean experience with your own parking.

Blocks to delicious restaurants and fun bars on Newport Ave, including South Beach Bar and Grill. This mellow beach town is known for its laid back attitude. You're only 3 blocks to the beach, or 4 to OB’s main street for lattes, sensational omelets, or renowned fish tacos. OB offers a wide range of activities: authentic Mexican restaurants; Farmers’ Market; antiquing; and a myriad of beach activities.

Spotless and professionally decorated, this is not the normal rental. Our housekeeper follows the CDC recommendations for cleaning hard surfaces with bleach, and antibacterial soaps and hand sanitizers are provided. Furnished for ourselves, it boasts quality furniture, travertine and granite, gourmet kitchen, espresso machine, R.O. faucet, quality linens, and down bedding to enhance your stay.

Foot traffic is isolated and mostly locals, unlike the party atmosphere prevalent in many other beach towns. It's perfect for a romantic get away, or a weary family returning from a day of sight-seeing or the beach. We've hosted 'girls' weekends' with rave reviews: it's comfortable enough to lounge around all day. The main street is casual and close, and the Gas Lamp district is convenient for nightlife, too.

Many amenities include: Beach gear, secure Wi-fi to work remotely and stream your favorite shows, quality soaps, coffee, tea, spices and basic cooking items enough paper products for your entire stay, condiments in the refrigerator, and laundry supplies.

Home away from Home

The winter tundra can be brutal, and San Diego is an excellent alternative. Great view and sunsets are amazing. Susan and Sarah are excellent at responding to any needs.

Great Vacation on the Ovean

Very nice beach condo. The deck was large and the views were incredible especially the sunsets. My wife and I also enjoyed the Ocean Beach vibe.

The location is amazing! It’s right in the cliffs, with a second floor deck to take full advantage of the ocean views. It’s also very walkable to tons of the restaurants and shops in Ocean Beach. The place itself is also great, well maintained and a very comfortable bed. The host was also great, even left us a birthday banner as we were celebrating my husbands birthday. Highly recommend it to everyone interested in visiting San Diego. I, for one, can’t wait to go back!

'It's ON the water!' We first stumbled onto this property when we were renting nearby one summer. John pushed Sharon to make an offer. Slower to bite, Sharon talked to many friends and relatives about the purchase. Almost without exception their response was , 'It's ON the water!' It became a standing joke. Why would you not buy a property with this view?

What makes this property unique

The view and the balcony are priceless. there's enough room to be comfortable, enough privacy to hang out in your pajamas, and 180 degrees of ocean. Whether it's blue skies, turquoise water, and sailboats racing, sunset with red-orange light and a green flash, or an angry ocean with 20' swells and a layer of salt on the railing, we are constantly experiencing the power and majesty of the ocean.
