Facing south, down the street, it offers a perfect setting to rest.

On a plot of 2500 m2 surrounded by trees, the 'Ferme des Lilas' provides an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the sea, the city and the many activities offered by 'Park Colombier' situated within 500 meters. Its large open lawn south offers a magnificent playground and resting place with the furniture.

The land is fenced and can be closed by a gate, a parking space for 3 cars to avoid parking on the street.

The interior has been completely renovated, thermal and sound insulation is remarkable. Everything was reassembled. The lounge is spacious and communicates through a large opening directly onto the dining room .A beautiful terracotta tiles made full hand this old and modern blend. The big oak beams original, authentic stone fireplace of Caen, a buffet of more than two centuries but also rattan chairs, two modern and comfortable sofas give the whole a young and friendly appearance.

A modern fully equipped kitchen with electric hobs (electricity, gas), dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, large work.

Washing machine, WC on the ground floor and a small room equipped with shutters and bathroom (shower instead of a bath).

Eine Woche Erholung pur in der Normandie

Das Haus in Offranville hatten wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht, aber offenbar einen Volltreffer gelandet. Ruhige Ortsrandlage, aber alle Geschäfte in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, verschiedene Strände, mit und ohne Trubel in weniger als 10 Minuten Entfernung, das Grundstück auch für Familien sehr gut nutzbar, da rundherum eingefasst und sehr schön bepflanzt. Das Haus ist ein altes völlig neu renoviertes Bauernhaus. Die Renovierung ist absolut gelungen. Es war fast alles da, was wir auch bei intensiver Nutzung der Küche benötigten. Es war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig und dennoch geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Buchung und Abwicklung waren sehr schnell und völlig problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Haus auch gerne unseren Freunden weiter.
