Sehr schöne Villa - Prima Urlaub

Wir haben zum ersten Mal eine Unterkunft bei FeWO gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Objekt war so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Unsere verspätete Ankunft war für die Vermieterin auch kein Problem. Sie übergab uns für12 Tage ein sehr sauberes Haus. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und die ganze Außenenanlage war perfekt gepflegt. Vielen Dank nochmal an Frau Paquita Terrasa Flaquer, die sich mit ihrem sehr guten Deutsch um uns gekümmert hat.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu sechst und fühlten uns in der wirklich geräumigen Villa sehr wohl. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, man läuft in 10 Minuten zu Stadt und Promenade. Nur das Inventar der Küche hätte etwas reichlicher sein dürfen, d. H. die Stückzahl an Gläsern, Tassen (wir fanden keine teekanne)war für die Größe des Hauses etwas spärlich. Ansonsten alles bestens und jederzeit wieder!

Ein schönes Haus toller Urlaub

Lage und Haus sehr schön leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und das Kücheninventar sehr wenig für acht Personen aber ansonsten nettes Haus mit schönen Garten bzw. Terrassen Sehr gepflegt und sauber

Fantastisches Ferienhaus, es fehlt an nichts.

Haus hat keine Klimaanlage, aber Ventilatoren in jedem Zimmer. Im August sind auch die Nächte heiß.

Urlaub unter Freunden

Die Angaben zum Inserat bezüglich Lage, Ausstattung etc. waren völlig korrekt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit viel Liebe und mallorquinischen Details eingerichtet. Es ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden durch Paquita (Vermieterin) sehr lieb empfangen und betreut. Es gab keinerlei Grund für Beanstandungen. Wir waren mit 4 Singlefrauen und 1 Paar vom 26.09.-10.10.15 dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem das gemeinsame Kochen in der sehr großen Küche sowie das Grillen auf der Terasse hat uns besonderen Spaß gemacht. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist man sowohl im belebten Cala Rajada zum shoppen oder feiern, als auch am Strand der Cala Son Moll. Zur Cala Agulla kann man durch den Wald laufen. Wir hatten allerdings auch ein Auto dabei und sind daher dort mit dem Auto hingefahren. Wer gerne Fisch isst, sollte mal am Hafen in das Restaurant Can Maya gehen. Dies ist noch sehr ursprünglich und hat wunderbare frische Fischgerichte. Für Tapas empfehle ich das Taberna Iberica., für Grillgerichte das Bodequita. Ansonsten sind auch das Can Pere, Pasta Pasta und Noah's sehr empfehlenswert. Marktag ist in Cala Rajada der Samstag. Dort bekommt man wunderbares Obst und Gemüse u. a. die mallorquinischen Ramallet-Tomaten. Zum Lebensmitteleinkauf ist der Mercadona-Supermarkt nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dieser ist sehr gut sortiert und auch sehr sauber und ordentlich. Etwas weiter befindet sich auch ein Lidl-Markt. Wir haben aber lieber im Mercadona eingekauft. Frisches Brot, Brötchen etc. gibt es dort auch. Eine kleine Bäckerei ist ebenso zu Fuß erreichbar (Richtung Einkaufsstraße die 2. Straße rechts). Wir werden bestimmt wieder einmal dort im Haus Urlaub machen. Ein Wunsch noch an spätere Gäste: Bitte nutzen Sie für die Kaffeemaschine und den Wasserkocher gekauftes Wasser. Das Leitungswasser auf Mallorca ist sehr kalkhaltig, so dass die Geräte schnell kaputt gehen. Große Behälter Wasser kosten im Supermarkt nicht viel und es schmeckt auch besser.
