In the heart of Condado, by far the best area in San Juan! On Ashford Avenue, between Marriott Stellaris Hotel and the Renaissance La Concha Hotel (less than 3 minute walk to either). Less than 50 meters from the beach, walking distance from many restaurants, hotels, bars, casinos, shops, and much more. 10 minute drive (or less!) from the San Juan airport (SJU) and 5 minutes from The Old San Juan and the Cruise/Port area.
