Tranquility in Nice

We had a very enjoyable and well needed relaxing holiday in this lovely apartment. Having the advantage of two terraces to choose where to sit is amazing and we took great advantage of these in the mornings and evenings just sitting with our drink and taking in the amazing views. The property is well maintained would definitely recommend this apartment for your holiday. Olivier is an excellent communicator before your holiday and a most accommodating host; it was a pleasure to make his acquaintance. This was our second visit to Nice in three years, and it is a beautiful city with so much to offer. Thank you Olivier.

Nice

Nous avons été accueilli avec beaucoup d'amabilite par la mère de l'hôte Olivier. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement trés bien entretenu, agréable et lumineux. Super bien situé il nous a permis de visiter Nice avec facilité. Que ce soit de la salle de bain en passant par la chambre (literie trés confortable) l'appartement est composé de deux terrasses Est et Ouest avec une magnifique vue sur Nice. Que dire de plus... que du bonheur..

Globalement très déçu et accueil très froid pour ne pas dire glacial

Seul l'emplacement est à retenir. Premier contact avec la copropriété, voirie, parkings complètements défoncés il faut quasiment un 4x4 pour racler le dessous de la voiture. Nous avons dû faire le ménage avant de nous installer. Dans la salle de bain, la ventilation est obstruée à 90% par de la poussière grasse. Nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude, notre hôte nous a assuré que le problème avait été réglé : oui mais le matin il faut laisser couler A FOND le robinet du lavabo et de la douche entre 8 et 10 mn (chronométré) avant d'obtenir de l'eau "chaude" (à l'heure de la protection de la planète quel gâchis), en plus fuite au siphon du lavabo. Au moment de prendre le repas, il a fallu faire la vaisselle, couverts mal lavés, reste de fromage fondu brûlé sur les assiettes que nous avons gratter avec un couteau et que je n'ai pu retirer la totalité sur une assiette. la transparence des verres n'était qu'un lointain souvenir. Ustensiles de cuisine de mauvaise qualité et plaque de cuisson en très mauvais état. Linge de maison et draps d'un blanc très douteux, après 3 lavages à 90° le tout avait retrouvé un peu de clarté, Literie obsolète, matelas très vieillissant et taché, nous avons dû acheté un protège matelas. Reproche à la copropriété (notre hôte, à sa décharge ne peu pas grand chose) pas de chauffage à mi novembre, même à Nice il commence à faire plutôt frais, heureusement que notre hôte nous a dépanner d'un chauffage d’appoint pour la salle de douches. Déco douteuse, mélange de genre de très mauvais goût. En résumé l'appartement pourrais bien manque d'un entretien certain et demande une importante rénovation, ne devrait pas trouver sa place sur un site de location digne de ce nom. Abritel vous devriez faire des contrôles un peu plus sérieux. AT

Quelle belle adresse!

Particulièrement bien situé dans Cimiez, cet appartement nous a permis de profiter pleinement de Nice et de prolonger ses plaisirs par une superbe terrasse a l’ouest d’où la vue est tout simplement magnifique. Cosy et complet, bien entretenu et lumineux il nous a parfaitement convenu pour notre séjour de 6 jours. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et leurs attentions appréciées! Des hôtes et une adresse à recommander

The views from the terraces of the apartment combined both the Mediterranean Sea and the Alps, the vibrant City and the serene hills.
And all that at 15 minutes from the heart of old Nice, beaches, and best bars and restaurants in Nice
and only a few hundred meters from one the best convenience store in town, and from the quiet Roman gardens!
