Our luxury unit is a newly renovated townhouse condo on the first floor of Pinnacle Port. A convenient carport is located beneath the unit and is only a few steps away from the soft, white, sandy beach. There are two breathtaking views, which include the Gulf Coast Beach from the master bedroom balcony and a picture perfect view of Lake Powell from the living room. Pinnacle Port is tucked in the west side of Panama City between Carillon Beach and Helen Park in a secure gated community. This private paradise is located close enough to activities of Panama City and is only a short drive to shops at Pier Park.or Destin Outlet Mall The comfortable unit is a perfect place for a relaxing get-away with a family oriented atmosphere.

Panama City is known for family oriented attractions which includes mini-golf/go-carts, Gulf World, Ripley's believe it or not, and splash town. There are horse shows, sporting events, festivals throughout the year which can easily make your vacation more memorable. Pinnacle Port is adjacent to Helen Park which features a unique variety of nature scenery. Also, Pinnacle Port is uniquely located between Lake Powell and the Gulf coast. This provides a beach view and a lake view from the window of our condo! There is something for everyone to do in Panama City so check out the local events at the time you arrive.

The unit was great. Very clean. Size was just right for our family. (3 kids 14, 12, and 3yrs). The views were wonderful. Truly, only steps to the beach!!! Perfect location for kids!!! The older kids loved the beach and the pool. The indoor outdoor pool was a good break from the sun for the youngest.
Great communication with the owner!! Smooth transaction!! We will definately go back!

We have vacationed at Pinnacle Port for 3 years now and have stayed in 3 different condos. My husband and I both agree that this condo has been our favorite. It is very clean, nicely decorated, has beautiful views of both the ocean and the lake and the carport is extremely convenient! We never had to worry about getting a close parking spot and it was so nice to be able to use stairs for easier access when the elevators were busy. We do not have plans to take a family beach vacation anywhere but Pinnacle Port in the future. It is so family oriented, quiet and remote, yet close enough to get anywhere in Panama City in a short amount of time. We are in love with this place and look forward to our vacation every year. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Your condo was lovely and just as described on your listing. It was neat and clean when we arrived. Due to Tropical Storm Debbie, we had to spend quite a bit of time inside the first 2 days, and everything was cozy and comfortable! Owners were very easy to deal with and we received our deposit back within a few days of arriving back home - never had to contact them for it. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Pinnacle Port is in the perfect spot at the west end of Panama City where you are away from commercial, high traffic areas, but plenty close enough to go to them when you want.

We had excellent time. The weather was great and very close to activities and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well maintained.
