Recently renovated ground floor apartment contained within this unique and prestigious property of considerable and architectural interest which occupies a prominent site on the foreshore of Macduff with exceptional views of the harbour and towards the Moray Firth.

This property is extremely spacious and dates from 1870 when it was originally the British Linen Bank. It has been extensively refurbished and modernised with a new kitchen, shower room. Many period features have been retained. There is a multi fuel wood burning stove in the living room for cosy nights in.

There is a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed, a double bedroom and a further bedroom reached by a small staircase which has a bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the master bedroom and livingroom
