Harrogate centre apartment in a Superb position for the Harrogate International Conference Centre. Awarded four star Gold Award by Quality in Tourism, Visit England. This luxurious and high specification duplex apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 and suits both business and leisure guests being so close to the Spa town's attractions and the business quarter. All the beds can be split into twins giving more flexibility. There is a sofa bed available for 2 additional guests (extra charges apply)
We are flexible on 'changeover days' and lengths of stay, realising that Harrogate makes an ideal venue for a long weekend break, or with the accessibility of the conference centre directly opposite, a popular business venue midweek. We are also happy to take longer term bookings and can offer special rates for these if you contact us. Ideal for relocations and in between house moves.
All stays will be provided with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and we also provide washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent, kitchen roll and toiletries in the bathrooms.
With the town centre with all its shops and restaurants on your doorstep you can enjoy all Harrogate has to offer whilst staying here. This contemporary apartment has been tastefully decorated and equipped to a high standard with everything you would need for self-catering. Strawberry Apartment 1 which is right next door has 3 en-suite bedrooms so 12 guests could be comfortably accommodated next door to each other.
Strawberry Apartment 2 has been recently renovated to a very high standard to provide spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people. Ground floor apartment situated on the popular Kings Road, just minutes from the town centre and overlooking the Conference Centre.
Apartment is entered through its own private door from the car park. There is a small step from the parking area to enter the door.
Entrance hall with door leading to large fully fitted kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, state of the art microwave/halogen oven, built in bean to cup coffee machine with expresso/cappuccino maker, large twin door American fridge freezer with built in water dispenser and ice maker, kettle, toaster, along with all cooking pans and utensils and crockery and cutlery. All you would need for self catering and beyond, even including egg cups and egg poacher!
Spacious and airy Lounge with large dining table to seat 6, perfect if you wish to entertain. Sofa bed in lounge to provide additional accommodation for 2 (extra charge per night). Large screen LED TV with Blu Ray player and surround sound speaker bar system with iPod / iPhone docking station. Selection of books and DVDs provided for your entertainment.
Downstairs to super king bedroom with travertine en-suite with large walk in deluge shower, toilet and basin, designer towel rail, concealed spotlights and all important underfloor heating. Bed can be split into twin beds on request (extra charge to cover laundry). Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, with supply of hangers. Hair dryer.
Further double bedroom with king size bed which can be split into twin beds by request (extra charge to cover laundry). Wardrobe with plenty of hangers, drawers and hair dryer.
House bathroom with large bath with deluge shower over, wall hung toilet and basin, designer towel radiator and underfloor heating. Concealed spotlights.
Under stairs utility area with washer dryer. Airing rack, iron and ironing board.
All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space along with an ample supply of hangers. We provide toiletries and fluffy white towels for all bathrooms. Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Gas central heating, unlimited hot water, microwave/halogen oven, American 2 door fridge / freezer with water dispenser and ice maker, built in bean to cup coffee machine, Induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cafetierre, all cutlery, crockery and cooking pots and utensils for self catering, large screen LED TV with Virgin Media package + further cable LED TV with DVD player in master bedroom. High speed WiFi throughout the apartment. All bedlinen and towels provided. Hair dryers are provided along with an iron and ironing board.
Car parking to rear on first come first served basis - some on street parking permits can also be provided on request. Families welcome, please bring own high chair and cot bedding (a travel cot can be provided). No smoking. Short breaks accepted all year. Complimentary supply of toiletries and beverages.One well behaved dog with charge to cover additional cleaning (sorry no cats).

A smart spacious apartment with top of the range extras and very comfy beds.
My only quibbles are that it was hard to find as the directions we were sent had the wrong address on them and the bedrooms are downstairs so noisy if you have anyone wanting to nap whilst people are awake.
Excellent value for money and supper sexy bathrooms.
