City Centre living just doesn't get any better. This well equipped and beautifully renovated 18th Century 4 storey Town house comes complete with 5 bedrooms, 3 exquisite bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen/ dining room, Living room, family room and patio garden.

Sitting within the ancient city walls, this home is ideal for family get together, groups of friends or a group of corporate visitors who wish to be in the centre of it all.

There are two reception rooms. The living room with flat screen TV, gas fire and Duresta sofas which can sit 12 and the Family room/Library, with a Chesterfield sofa, tub chairs, desk and wood burning stove which sits 7 comfortably.

The kitchen has been expertly designed to make cooking and entertaining easy, however with the many restaurants available in York within a 10 minute walk you may never need it.

The furniture and beds are all 5* hotel quality with an American King in 1 room and 3ft singles in the twin room. Linen and towels are provided as is soap, shower gel and the basic cleaning materials

There is parking at the rear of the property with a secure garage for a small car and another space in front. Additionally there is on street parking in front of the property available with parking permits (which can be purchased through the owner at a cost).

STUNNING

This stunning recently converted house has been completed to the highest standard which made our stay with two friends who travelled from Brighton in York so enjoyable. There is everything you need - just like being in your own home. Each room being spacious, tastefully finished with stunning bathrooms. The bedrooms at the rear of the property have fantastic views of the Minister. York centre only a 5 mins walk from the property - making this property ideal for visiting York. We only wished our stay was longer but we will definitely be back.

Very nice house with all facilities you feel home

My family (6 people) and other family friend of us (4 people) have spent 10 days in the house, between the 4th to the 14th of August.
Really we feel very good in the house, like at home. The house had a lot of space, and with the all facilities that you could need.
As the house is in the city centre, all the most touristic place of York are no more than 5 minutes walking. On the other hand, if you like to rent a car as us, the house has a parking place for tow cars, the same number that we hired. That permits you to visit a lot of very nice villages and towns around Yorkshire.
For the children and for all of us it was a very nice experience to remember and try to repeat it.

It was a very good time in York

It is a very nice and confortable house, we are two families, 6 members in my family and another four membres of the our friend´s family, and we spent 10 days.
We feel all time as in our house, all the things was OK, all is near of the house. Finally I recommend this property to my friend and to the people in general that like to spent a nice time in York (UK).

Lovely property in an ideal location

Myself and a party of friends enjoyed a lovely long weekend at this newly renovated property.i must say it's been finished off to a very high standard with no expense spared.The property has a nice little garden with ample room,we sat out in the glorious sunshine having a few light refreshments,if the time hadn't been getting on we would have utilised the BBQ that's available for use.The property is literally a two minute walk into the heart of York,there is also a taxi rank at the end of the road so if you wanted to get a taxi to the race course as some of are party did we found this ideal.The property has two parking spaces to the rear but if you find you have more cars there is a secure car park one minutes walk which is reasonably priced.The staff were very pleasant and nothing was to much,we will definitely be back next year!
