Lounge, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 Patio, 1 Terrace chill out .

This fabulous house has recently been altered and redecorated throughout. I carried out the work personally, taking great care over the design and choice of materials, using only water-based paints, eco-friendly products and recycled materials in order to eliminate any health or environmental risks and guarantee guests’ wellbeing.

The house can sleep up to five people, although the ideal arrangement is for four with space for a further person.

The sitting room has a sofa-bed which can sleep one person if required, in which case a supplement per day is charged.

The layout is as follows:

-Combined sitting and dining room

-Brand new fully-equipped kitchen.

-Two double bedrooms, one with twin beds which

can also be transformed into a double king size bed

-Two fully-equipped bathrooms, including one ensuite

-Private rear courtyard, a perfect private space for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors

-Private & comfortable chill out terrace and solarium, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing in the city

Services

The public transport system is both fast and efficient, although cycling and walking are also easy alternatives. The house is well-communicated with bus lines and is just 10 minutes away from the historic quarter and the Joan Miró Foundation Museum, whilst beaches such as Illetes, San Agustín and Cala Mayor, etc., bathed by crystal-clear waters, are just 15 to 20 minutes away.

Visitors will not need a car, unless they wish to tour the island. Free Parking is available either in the street or in the underground car park (charges apply).

Son Sant Joan Airport is just 10 kilometres away, 10 minute taxi ride.

Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire. L'intérieur de la maison est superbe et bien entretenu. Le patio et la terrasse sont très agréable et apportent un certain charme.

Située dans une ruelle très calme, il faut compter à pied environ 10 min pour le port et le début des quartiers animé, et 20 min pour la vieille-ville.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison.Elle est remarquablement aménagée pour 3 couples, à la fois très fonctionnelle et décorée avec soin.Les 2 terrasses constituent un agrément particulier pour y prendre les repas ou s'y prélasser.Elle est située dans un quartier populaire qui a beaucoup de charme avec de nombreux commerces à proximité.Elle est a 1/2h à pied du centre ville et desservie par 3 lignes d'autobus.L'accueil d'Analia est tout à fait charmant et fort sympatique et nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.

Wonderful home from home

Spent a week at Analia's place with my pal and both of us absolutely loved it. I have a real issue with feeling safe, arrived on my own and was a bit worried having seen the street on google earth but didn't need to. Analia met me at the door and from the moment I walked into the house, I felt incredibly safe and home. It is such a lovely house, with nearly everything you need (no mtv or english channels on the tv but the radio is fab). Both beds are incredibly comfortable, terraces are amazing, taxis cheap and easy to catch in and out of Palma, but its also a lovely walk along the marina to Palma. Totally recommend this place, and will be staying here again when I next visit Palma.

Superbe maison de ville à Palma

Petite maison de ville très agréable près de l'ensemble des points d'intérêts de Palma. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire si on veut profiter de la ville.
Maison renovée, très bien équipée et entretenue. 2 grandes terrasses, rare pour Palma. Les lits sont confortables, le canapé lit aussi. La propriétaire Analia est très sympathique et disponible. Des produits de premières nécessités étaient à notre disposition. Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel, je recommande fortement cette location si vous ne voulez pas de mauvaises surprises. Encore merci Analia :)

casa agradable con muy buena deco

familia con dos niños pequenos, hemos encontrado en la casa de Analia un espacio muy bien decorado, perfectamente organizado, en una zona tranquila de Palma. con un coche hemos visitado muchos otros lugares de la isla. cerca de la casa hay supermercados, y con bus (3/4 estaciones), se puede ir hasta el mercado del Olivera con productos locales muy buenos.
la duena Analia da muy buenos consejos de lugares a visitar, es muy amable también
fue una de las casas mejore que hemos alquilado con homelidays.
los dos patios son encantadores.

The house is located in a district with facilities including a church, bakery, chemist’s and school, as well as a wide range of bars, eateries, supermarkets and a selection of grocery stores. It stands on a quiet street within easy reach of the sea, the historic quarter and the city of Palma’s largest shopping mall, Porto Pi, as well as the museums.

It is located just 200 metres from the Sea Promenade in the district of ‘El Terreno', bounded by the sea and Bellver Forest.

Just a hundred metres from the house lies La Cuarentena Park, scattered with tropical trees and which is just a two minute walk from the Sea Promenade. The gentle sea breeze and spectacular views make this area perfect for walking or cycling. It boasts a spectacular setting, with Bellver Castle in the background, as well as the Cathedral, fishing harbour, yacht club and Portixol district.

Just ten minutes’ walk away is Santa Catalina, a former fishing quarter that today is packed with restaurants and bars. It also has a bustling food market selling fresh produce, and just 5 minutes in the opposite direction stands the Porto Pi shopping mall, the largest in Palma de Mallorca.
