Lounge, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 and 1 terrace backyard.

This lovely home has been recently renovated and decorated by myself, I have been very careful in the design and materials, using only water-based paints, organic and recycled materials, helping to eliminate health risks, environmental and welfare guests.

Sleeps five people but is ideal for four plus one, has a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge which can eventually sleep plus people at an extra charge per day.

Consists of:

-Room Dining

New-kitchen, fully equipped.

Two king-size bedrooms, one with two single beds which can also be transformed into a double bed

Two bathrooms, one en suite

Downstairs, a private backyard to enjoy in the privacy of pleasant breakfast, lunch and dinner

-On the first floor a comfortable chill out terrace and solarium (private) to relax and sunbathe on the city.

Services

Free Wi-fi 24h. Bed linen, bath towel sets and beach. Hair dryer. Maps and guides Majorca.

• This house is governed by the leasing season. No tourist services such as daily housekeeping, reception, and breakfast is.

They must sign a lease upon arrival according to the law in force in the Balearics.

A deposit of cash will be charged on the day of arrival.

What makes this house unique

The public transport system is both fast and efficient, although cycling and walking are also easy alternatives. The house is well-communicated with bus lines and is just 10 minutes away from the historic quarter and the Joan Miró Foundation Museum, whilst beaches such as Illetes, San Agustín and Cala Mayor, etc., bathed by crystal-clear waters, are just 15 to 20 minutes away.

Visitors will not need a car, unless they wish to tour the island. Parking is available either in the street or in the underground car park (charges apply).

Son Sant Joan Airport is just ten kilometres away, a 10 minute taxi ride.

Wonderful home from home

Spent a week at Analia's place with my pal and both of us absolutely loved it. I have a real issue with feeling safe, arrived on my own and was a bit worried having seen the street on google earth but didn't need to. Analia met me at the door and from the moment I walked into the house, I felt incredibly safe and home. It is such a lovely house, with nearly everything you need (no mtv or english channels on the tv but the radio is fab). Both beds are incredibly comfortable, terraces are amazing, taxis cheap and easy to catch in and out of Palma, but its also a lovely walk along the marina to Palma. Totally recommend this place, and will be staying here again when I next visit Palma.

Ok, no MTV but Sí we have English channels, there are two Tv remotes one is for the satellite, I'm sorry you didn't see it, maybe next time.

Superbe maison de ville à Palma

Petite maison de ville très agréable près de l'ensemble des points d'intérêts de Palma. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire si on veut profiter de la ville.
Maison renovée, très bien équipée et entretenue. 2 grandes terrasses, rare pour Palma. Les lits sont confortables, le canapé lit aussi. La propriétaire Analia est très sympathique et disponible. Des produits de premières nécessités étaient à notre disposition. Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel, je recommande fortement cette location si vous ne voulez pas de mauvaises surprises. Encore merci Analia :)

casa agradable con muy buena deco

familia con dos niños pequenos, hemos encontrado en la casa de Analia un espacio muy bien decorado, perfectamente organizado, en una zona tranquila de Palma. con un coche hemos visitado muchos otros lugares de la isla. cerca de la casa hay supermercados, y con bus (3/4 estaciones), se puede ir hasta el mercado del Olivera con productos locales muy buenos.
la duena Analia da muy buenos consejos de lugares a visitar, es muy amable también
fue una de las casas mejore que hemos alquilado con homelidays.
los dos patios son encantadores.

The house is located in a neighborhood with a church, bakery, pharmacy, school and a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and small grocery stores. A very quiet street close to the sea, the historic center and the shopping center Palma Porto Pi, the largest city and museums.

Located 200 meters from the seafront, in the neighborhood of 'The Land' bounded by the sea and Bellver Forest.

At about 100 meters from the house is the Quarantine Park, with its tropical trees giving access to the promenade in just two minutes. Ideal for walking or cycling with background Bellver Castle, the Cathedral, the fishing port, the Portixol Yacht Club and enjoy the sea breeze and stunning views.

Just ten minutes walk away is Santa Catalina, old fishing district with large variety of restaurants, bars and the famous Food Market full of life and fresh or in the opposite direction 5 minutes the Porto Pi shopping center is the largest in Palma de Mallorca.

Culture 5 minutes from home. Palma has a great cultural offer as Joan Miró Foundation Museum, the museum of modern and contemporary art Des Baluard, the famous altarpiece of Miquel Barceló situated in the beautiful cathedral, ongoing art exhibitions Casal Solleric in the historic center and numerous art galleries, Bellver Castle, theaters, concerts and cultural events of all kinds.

Very well connected with bus to the historic downtown, and the beaches of Cala greater St. Augustine and Illetas, with its crystal clear waters between 15 and 20 minutes approx.

Only ten kilometers from Son Sant Joan Airport, 10 minutes by taxi.

The house is a 5 minute taxi ride from Palma's best hospitals, both public and private.
