The property benefits from a large approximately 80ft rear garden, a larger than average living room, modern fitted kitchen, ground floor shower room, modern fitted first floor bathroom and driveway with off street parking for 2 cars. The property measures approximately 1,061ft.

Ponders End Station (Enfield) is approximately a 5 minute walk from the house. It's a direct train to London Liverpool street station within approximately 25 minutes and Tottenham Hale Station within 8 minutes. The Bus stop is only 1 minute walk away.

Pizza Hut take out is 5 minutes walk away and they also deliver free.

A beautiful Park is less than 3 minutes walk. You can see the park from the bedrooms upstairs.

I’m a Business Analyst in the Financial Sector, married to a Project Manager with 3 lovely children.

My hobbies are spending time with the family, watching movies, travelling and cooking.

My favourite destinations have been Orlando for the family holidays and Hawaii for the couple only holidays.

This property was our previous home. We lived in it for 8years, the family grew and we moved to a bigger house. You will have the whole property to yourself. My husband and I are both professional people and either of us will meet you at the house to check you in, explain more about the area and answer any queries you may have. the house was a warm cosy house with ample space

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your house. My sons wedding went smoothly and we had so much fun. i was able to invite my family to the house and have a henna party there as well and that meant a lot to the family as they all felt included as well. it really felt like i was at home and that is saying something as normally im so fussy i never feel comfortable anywhere. i slept like a log as well so overall everyone enjoyed staying at the house. my only issue with the house was that the fridge was too small but as the saying goes we cant have everything in life. I would like to say thank you to the host for allowing us to come back and change at the house after the wedding which was very much appreciated. Thank you again and if the need arises again that i need to stay in london again i would definately stay there again.
