PERFECT SPOT ON THE CAPE, GREAT VIEWS, GOOD SPACE

We stayed at the villa during May 2013 with my partner and 7 years old daughter. The location of the place is perfect and sea views from the apartment and all of the villa are breath taking. There is a large terrace area with built in barbeque which was a great for eating outside during the evening and watching the sun go down. The villa is within walking distance to good beaches, Antibes and shops. Although the place is an apartment, being on two levels and having all the gardens and see view, it has the feel of a house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will do it again.

PERFECT LOCATION AND VIEWS

We booked this place for 2 weeks in April and were delighted that the property was as it is described on the website. The photos do not do sufficient justice to the villa and the views are breath taking both during the day and night. When we visited, we had the sole use of the villa as the other 3 apartments were unoccupied and we understand they are only used by their owners. The gardener visited regularly to clean the territory and the swimming pool and Fifi, who looks after the apartment, was at hand to help with any local issues and look after the kids when necessary. The owner also called a couple of times to make sure all was well which was appreciated. The high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV as well as a good stock of DVDs were a welcome distraction for the kids.
The pool being visible from the terrace meant that the kids could swim in safety while my wife and I relaxed at the terrace. There is ample parking space outside the main gate as well as a garage and we never had any problems parking our car.
Beaches as well as a number of small shops, including a delicatessen, are within walking distance from the villa. The owner was kind enough to offer us the use of two bikes which we enjoyed tremendously.
What we liked most was the ability to eat outside on the private terrace which is furnished by a high quality circular dining table and chairs. We also used the built-in private barbeque for making pizza and grilling fish which was fantastic. After a while, we all preferred to eat at the villa as the views are better than anything you can find in expensive resultants.
We would highly recommend this property to families with young children. It will also be a great place for taking thing easy and for romantic breaks.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION ON CAP D'ANTIBES

We stayed at the appartment in the villa during the first week of may. Despite some winds coming and going the wheather was beautiful, which in our opinion is a prerequisite to be able to enjoy the location to its fullest. The property is shared by 4 owners, which primarely reflects in the shared use of the pool. The patio in left in front of the house is "part" of the appartment and allows for breakfast, lunch and diner outside with marvelous views over the sea. When we were there, only the Dutch couple was present, an older very friendly couple, and everything was very peaceful and quite. Regarding the interior of the appartment, everything you need is there. The front room also allow for a beautiful view over the sea, but we didn't really stay inside much. The pictures give a good impression of the interior design - that is of course only a matter of personal taste. There are lots of tiles, mirrors, brass railings etc. The Cap is a beautiful area with some little grossery shops in the neighborhood. Antibes is beautiful but can be a hazzle to drive through. Lots of little roads, lots of cars and scooters. I can imagine during peak season this can be a bit of a burden, because you have to cross either Antibes or Juan le Pin to get anywhere else. And that takes some time. The Province and the Cote d'Azur are top class destinations with weeks of entertainment, from little hill top villages, museums, Gorges du Verdon, Cannes, Nice, Monaco. There is something for everyone. A car is an absolute must.

STUNNING LOCATION

This is a well equipped little apartment that easily accommodated my wife and I and our two children. It has stunning views and the gardens and pool - though small - are lovely to come back to after a day at the beach. There's no wifi but the very kind Dutch family who have the flat next door let me use theirs. But the very best thing about this place is the stunning location. It's in a sleepy road in the hills of the Cap d'Antibes which remind me of the Hollywood Hills with their affluent atmosphere and rows of lovely villas. You're just minutes by car from
anything you might require for a great vacation from very good restaurants and exclusive beach clubs to funfairs and water parks. Antibes is an almost perfect seaside town and there is so much more just beyond in every direction. We loved it.

Cap d'Antibes is one of the most exclusive places in the World with some of the most luxurious villas and hotels to be found anywhere. This includes the famous Hotel du Cap which is where many of the stars stay during the Cannes Film Festival. The area boasts some of the prettiest beaches any where in Riviera including La Salis and Plage de la Garoupe. On top of the Cap there is the La Garoupe lighthouse with extraordinary views in all directions and the Chapelle Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Port. The Antibes is within walking distance with its Grimaldi castle sheltering the Picasso museum, its Peynet museum, its Provençal market, its cathedral decorated with a baroque façade, but also its crafts shops, its restaurants and cafés. The villa is also close to Juan Les Pin with it sandy beaches. In July and August, Juan Les Pins is alive twenty four hours a day with its numerous night-clubs and live music venues and this is the ideal base for those that want to be on the beach all day.

Ski: Ski resorts of Valberg and Islo 2000 are one and half hour drive from the villa. A pair of skis and boots (size 41) are stored in Garage and can be used by guests.

The apartment will be cleaned before guests’ arrival. Guests are required to pay 100 Euros for cleaning the apartment on departure.
