The north wing, south wing, and garden cottage combined sleep 12-18 adults and feature six bedrooms with private baths, two sofa-beds, eight bathrooms, two kitchens; and is offered at $28,000 per week. The north wing and south wing combined sleep 10-14 adults and feature five bedrooms with private baths, one sofa-bed, two kitchens; and is offered at $24,500 per week. The north wing only sleeps 8-10 adults and features four bedrooms with private baths, one sofa-bed, one kitchen; and is offered at $17,500 per week. Additional accommodation for up to 20 more adults is available by adding beachfront rental homes that are within easy walking distance.

We include the use of a 26’ foot Twin Vee Catamaran Power Boat, including a captain, for one day at no charge (except for the cost of fuel). The boat is available for additional days for $175 per half day (plus fuel); or $300 for a full day (plus fuel).

Many of our guests will do the all day “Out Island Adventure” tour managed by local tour operators; which starts at 8:00 am and runs all day up into out island waters to include Nicolas Cage's Iguana island, the pirates of the Caribbean sandbar, swimming pigs at Little Majors, shark bay at Compass Cay, 007 Thunderball grotto; with a final stop for lunch and refreshments at the Staniel Cay yacht club. The cost is about $175 per person for the day, including refreshments.
