Great property, shame about the company managing it

Excellent property, complex and location - would love to stay here again. However, we weren’t impressed with the property management company (Principal) - we never saw a real person, they provided an incorrect key safe code; it took an hour to get through to someone (the emergency number kept going to voicemail) and only a scrap of toilet paper in one of the two toilets which was awkward the next morning! Appt wasn’t cleaned and bed linen wasn’t changed within a 10 night stay which isn’t our usual experience in Portugal (towels were changed)

Stunning apartment and location

Beautifully maintained and private apartment. Clean and quite pool area. Really enjoyed our stay at Rosal, all facilities catered for in the apartment, the balcony area was fab and not one thing was missing. The food pack was a great welcome when we arrived and helped us settle in straight away. The location is ideal for if you want a beach/poolside holiday but also if you rent a car and want to explore the Algarve as we did. Definitely recommended and would like to return one day. Obrigado

Great Holidays in Albufeira

We enjoyed our Holidays in Albufeira very much . The given description of the apartement was 100percent accurate. It was clean, well equipped, very quiet and with sea view. The beach was within walking distance but also provides a lot of parking spaces. The pool area and the pool are absolutley clean.There are enough sun chairs and we had our own sunumbrella. We received phone contacts that gave us the possibility to contat the Manager for questions or in case of emergency. The only thing we missed was free WIFI . We can recommend this property.
