The entrance is at ground floor level with parking directly outside. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, utility room, and south facing balcony with excellent views of the surrounding area. The communal gardens and swimming pool are maintained to a high standard by the community. The main bedroom has French windows and an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, twin sinks & WC. Each bedroom has a king-size bed (which may be separated into two singles if required) and plenty of cupboard space. There is a second bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The lounge has a sofa bed so it's possible to sleep up to 6 people. A cot is available on request. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The lounge has a dining table, armchairs, sofa bed, TV, DVD and satellite. French windows to the balcony with table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue.
Arrival and departure times: We request that the apartment is vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure and arrival time is after 3 p.m. unless by prior arrangement.

Los Arqueros opened in 1991, and is a challenging par-71, 18-hole course designed by the Spaniard Severiano Ballesteros. Considered one of the best players in the world, Seve has used his know-how and prestige to create some 30 golf courses all over the world.
La Quinta is one of the best golf courses in the Costa del Sol and boasts three 9 hole courses integrated into the natural surroundings overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains that encircle Marbella. Equipped with the most modern facilities such as GPS in buggies and a digital swing analysis system at the La Quinta Golf Academy, there is also a Westin hotel and restaurant on site.
Located just 5 minutes drive from the friendly town of San Pedro, off the road to Ronda, with easy access to Malaga and Gibraltar airports via the E15 toll motorway. The apartment is in a well maintained complex on a hillside and is a great base for exploring the Costa Del Sol with Marbella and Puerto Banus approx. 10 minutes drive away and Ronda and the mountains within easy driving distance. It is ideally situated for golf, with the nearest golf courses only 2 to 3 km away.
There are several beaches close by to choose from plus excellent shopping facilities and plenty of nightlife in Puerto Banus, Marbella and surrounding areas.
