This small one floor apartment is situated on the first floor in an old warehouse in the centre of Amsterdam.
It fully breathes the Amsterdam character due to its wooden floor and wooden beams at the ceiling. Furthermore its light because off the big windows in the front that view the large and famous street called the Nieuwezijdse Voorburgwal.
Although the apartment has a basic, hostel kind off atmosphere, it is very clean, cute and got every basic feature a guest needs.
This apartment is suitable for a maximum of four guests.
Front room:In the front room you will find a single bed and a sleeping couch. This area also functions as a tiny living to chill out a bit. Here you will also find a television and DVD-player. A footnote: the winding stairs, you may see in the picture, doesn’t lead anywhere.
Kitchen: There is a large kitchen, which provides all the basic elements to cook a simple meal: gas cooker, dishwasher, water boiler, coffee machine, and a set of dishes and off course a fridge.
Bathroom: In the back off the apartment you will find the bathroom and the other bedroom. The bathroom is provided with a toilet, sink and a bathtub.
Bedroom: In the bedroom you will find two separate single beds and a closet.
The apartment is situated in the centre of Amsterdam above a little night shop.You are just a two-minute walk away from the Central Station. Also the famous Dam Square is very close by. Here you can find the well known shopping streets like the Kalverstreet and Nieuwendijk.
In your neighborhood, you can find a lot of vintage stores, coffeehouses, coffeeshops, and various restaurants that serve food until late at night.
You are surrounded by beautiful and romantic area’s, such as the canals, the old Jordaan and entertainment squares wich provide you a swell nightlife like the Leidsesquare and Rembrandsquare, but also the illustrious Red Light District is very nearby.
Visiting other famous areas in and around the centre of Amsterdam should not be too much of a problem. Due to the city’s compact nature spots like the Museum, Rembrandt and Leidse square, as is the Vondelpark, are just a twenty minute walk away.
If you are not that fond of walking public transport is provided all around this location. For instance you are just a couple of meters away from the tram station and you are close to the Central Station where public transport can easily lead you to different areas of the city.
