Amazing villa close to Disney with 5* Reviews

This Stunning Florida villa is situated within a gated community called Linfield Reserve; this community is very select and consists of only sixteen villas. There are many restaurants within easy reach of the villas (to many to list ). This area is very sought after thanks to not only the close proximity to the Walt Disney World Resort only a few miles away, but also for the standard and size of homes located in this area. The quarter acre plots of landscaped gardens are maintained monthly to keep the small exclusive estate looking its best. You will be thirty minutes from universal studios and island of adventure and about the same for sea world. Disney parks are a short 10 minute drive from the villa
This spacious villa has many modern and special features, Including air conditioning throughout, secure entrance to the estate via electronic gates (a number will be given to you for entry),king bedroom with a memory foam mattress ,queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom all bedrooms are en-suite. the villa is mostly on one level so ideal for wheel chairs. The private indoor open courtyard pool and Spa is unusual for a Florida villa in design as it is in the center of the building not attached to the rear of the property as most villas have. This gives total privacy while using the pool, spa, and pool deck areas. The villa also has a garage with slate full size pool table ,arcade console,PS4, table tennis and dart board, plus a private drive.
Many reviews have been written from previous guests from all over the world, please take time to read these as we take the utmost care in trying to make my guests stay as memorable as it can be.
UPDATE -- a Ring doorbell has been fitted to add extra security to the front door and a camera has been fitted to the outside of the pool door area please note this camera is only for security purposes and is only showing the outside of the property.

Disney holiday

Location of the villa is excellent. You are a 5 min walk if that from a petrol station for any snacks etc.. Very close to a number of restaurants also. Neighborhood is very quiet. I always felt safe and secure in the house and the lock-able bedroom doors was an added security barrier. Everything was working fine. Only reason i have marked as 4 star is on our last night my boy had some ice cream in the double bedroom, he left the empty bowl for 10 mins and in that time it was absolutely covered in very small bugs. We didn't have a very nice sleep that night knowing they were in the room somewhere. If it wasn't for this issue i would definitely returned here as it was a great villa.

Fabulous villa

We absolutely love this villa! It had everything we needed and more! Such a beautiful space with a heated pool and relaxing hot tub. As a family of 6, there was plenty of space for us all to do our own thing but also to congregate as a family too. None of us wanted to leave and we can’t wait to return. The proximity to Disney and amenities was perfect and communication with the host was prompt. We had a few queries that were responded to immediately. 5 stars from three generations of our family. Thank you so much!!!

Another 5* stay

This is our 2nd time staying in this wonderful villa . Everything about it is perfect & is catered for your every need . We are a family of 4 & we all loved the pool & the games room in particular. The location of the villa is perfect for Disney & there are loads of restaurants & supermarkets nearby . Tracey & Steve are wonderful hosts who answer any query lightning quick & are a credit to Vrbo. If we ever get back to the US we wouldn’t look at anywhere else to stay & this villa would be our No1 choice every time.

Amazing Villa!

Fantastic spacious villa. Just perfect for me, my husband, son and daughter. We loved the pool and games room. Location great for the parks. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Swift communication with the owner of I had any queries. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay here again!

Excellent Villa

The villa was absolutely perfect for the family (including our two energetic boys of 8 &10) The games room, pool, hot tub and tennis courts were all well used! The boys even managed to get top scores on both Pac-Man and space invaders which are 30 years older then them! The internet was great, bedrooms big, air conditioning spot on and kitchen a good size. The pool and hut tub were perfect after a day at the parks or if you want a chill out day. Tracey was an excellent host, who was happy to answer any questions about the property, Disney and the surrounding areas, in a prompt fashion. The gated community made everything feel safe and you are maximum of 25 minute drive in traffic to any of the parks, with some closer than others. Walmart is 5 minutes down the road and there are a number of restaurants a mile drive away. There is a petrol station a 5 minute walk which sells ice cream/beer/basic food etc. The only downside was that there wasn't any restaurants in a walking distance, not because of distance but from what we could see there was no footpaths to walk on along the highway to the half dozen or so restaurants which are within a mile or so. All in all, a great property which I would happily recommend. Craig

Why they chose this property

we recently purchased this villa in Kissimmee without viewing it as we live in the uk, we had actually planned a 3 week vacation in august at which time we were going to look for a holiday home. We saw this home on Zillow for sale in an area that we knew and liked and immediately fell in love with it, what sealed it for us wasn't just the pictures but the excellent reviews the previous owners had received from holiday makers who had rented it, when we finally travelled over to complete on the purchase and take a look at the villa for the first time we knew we had made the right move , it was everything we had imagined and more. the previous owners had set up a beautiful home which is reflected by the amount of families who re book the villa for a second and third time
we feel extremely fortunate to now own this lovely home and look forward to sharing it with you if you decide to book it.

What makes this property unique

Another reason we chose this villa is its very unique pool and pool deck design.
instead of being on the rear of the villa like most villas where privacy is at a minimum.
this villa has the pool and deck in the centre of the villa with most bedrooms opening onto the pool deck and offering complete privacy.
also being in a gated community was a decideing factor.
there is also a tennis court and basket ball net within the grounds
