A large, bright and airy Penthouse apartment with own entrance one floor up from the pathway. Located in Aldea Blanca and set in beautiful award winning mature tropical gardens with four swimming pools, This apartment is suitable for those who are seeking spacious, comfortable, quality accommodation with mod cons, WIFI and International TV channels - UK BBC 1 - 4, ITV 1 - 4, Channel 4, E4 More 4, Sky Sport 1, Irish, Norwegian, Swedish, German, French, Spanish. Spacious for couples, adult families of four, or two couples +/- two children so enough room for granny and grandad as well. Caretaker, 24 hour security, parking. Aldea Blanca is within five minutes easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, banks and the Saturday market in Centro Plaza. Only a 15 - 20 minute walk to Puerto Banus - designer shops, huge department store, marina and the beach and golf courses (5) within a few minutes drive.South-west facing large open L shaped dining and sunbathing terrace, private and not overlooked with sun blinds for shade, accessible via French doors from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. Spacious living and dining areas with seating for 6, marble floors, WIFI internet, satellite TV, CD/DVD, , air conditioning/heating, wood burner. Integrated kitchen and separate utility with washing machine and Dryer.
The apartment is large, light and spacious. It spans the whole of the top floor with windows/doors on all four sides . Two large bedrooms with french doors. Two separate living areas with three sets of french doors opening onto the terrace, both with comfortable seating for six, two separate and linked terraces, two identical bathroom/ensuite with baths and separate showers and a kitchen with a separate utility. Spacious, flexible accommodation suitable for a couple seeking space and comfort, or adult families of 4, or two couples and two children so enough room for granny and grandad as well. Good spacious private accommodation, less expensive and more conveniently located than a villa. A chair bed and a travel cot are available for the 5th and 6th occupant..

Self Catering - There are three supermarkets within walking distance. Directions for these supermarkets are provided with your booking information.
The nearest is the Opencor (open 8am-2am - almost 24hrs!, 365 days a year). It sells almost everything and those forgotten holiday items and It includes a bakery.
The Supersol at Centro Plaza has parking and it is larger. It contains a Butchers and it sells many British items including brown sauce and Heinz beans! It will deliver free if over 60 euro is spent or charge 3 euro if less is spent.
The Mercadona is larger again, it has a fresh fish counter and easy parking or will deliver. The Pharmacy is next door and it is also marked on the map. The kitchen in the apartment is user friendly and our friends and family have often cooked because it is such a pleasure to eat out on the terrace and watch the sun go down.
Eating out - There are many restaurants within walking distance so lots of drinking and no driving. Begin with breakfast and the newspaper at the cafes in Centro Plaza. Lunch at the Tapas bar 'Eldorado' just outside the garden on our side of the complex then in the evening 'Yanx' the American restaurant at Centro Plaza. It's easy to find and a good introduction until you get your bearings. Chinese, Indian, Swedish, German restaurants are all available in the immediate area. 'Reginas' next to the Andalucia Plaza Hotel for finer dining Italian style and live music on some evenings - great atmosphere. Terraza Carmen - walkable through the short cut shown on the map in the apartment - recommended by guests. The restaurants in the nearest Spanish town 'La Campana' (Italian, Indian, French, Spanish) are cheap and cheerful and good value especially the Menu del Dias at lunchtime. If you are a real foodie it's worth a trip to Benahavis to the 'gourmet village of the Costa del Sol'.
Puerto Banus: - El Corte Ingles department store open 10am till 10pm - air conditioned - handy for a hot or even a wet day. A selection of café/restaurant if you want to shop all day. Toys in the basement for the children. Hipercor Supermarket on the ground floor includes a Bakery and a Deli for fresh chilled meals, cold meats, ham and cheeses to take away. The Hipercor also sells many British and international food items. Attractions for the children in the lovely square outside. For those without a car, the taxi rank and the bus stop for the short bus ride back to the apartment are outside the front and side entrances, or they will deliver..
Try the Marbella walk from Puerto Banus east along the beach promenade. A long walk but many 'pit stop' opportunities on the way. Catch the boat or bus/taxi back. Try the San Pedro walk west along the new board walk beside the beach that links up to the San Pedro promenade shown in the photos. “La Canada” - a large accessible indoor shopping/eating complex at the Marbella/Ojen junction - handy for a wet day - includes a large hypermarket, cafes, clothes, shoes, home etc.
Sightseeing - Places of Interest - Tourist attractions, Information leaflets for these are in the apartment and there are more in the Property Manager's office, Also, see the 'Guest Book' for tips from previous guests.
