Bright and modern Villa located in Nueva Andalucia. Marbella and Puerto Banus nearby. Fully enclosed villa with private pool. Private electric gates.

Downstairs it has Bedroom with en-suite with own entrance and patio doors to the garden. Utility room, Kitchen, Separate Dining room with patio doors to terrace. Large Lounge with 2 sitting areas and sofa bed and dining table with fireplace, doors leading to the patio which runs along the side of the building. Doors to the conservatory and bar with further doors to the swimming pool and garden.

Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom is huge with its own terrace and bathroom.

Outside is a very nice swimming pool and garden.

Just nearby within walking distance is a reservoir and picnic area as well as walks in the woods.

This is an excellent property, very spacious and bright. It has a very nice garden and good feel about the whole place. Nearby there is somewhere to walk and enjoy the countryside. There is a large lake /reservoir just nearby. There are many golf courses just nearby, Aloha Golf just half a k away.

What makes this villa unique

The beach and shopping centres are only a few minutes drive away. The walks in the countryside and to the hills are right outside the front door.

This lovely spacious property is located in Nueva Andalucia. Just 2 mins drive to a host of activities including restaurants golf and tennis. The port of Puerta Banus is 5 minutes drive. Many restaurants are located along the sea front. El Cortes Ingles Department Store is just nearby. The commercial shopping centre of La Canada is only 10 mins drive.

There is a fantastic market at the historic bull ring every Saturday.

Marbella centre is only 5 minutes away with its historical old town and many restaurants and small shops.

Estepona, Sotogrande (famous for Polo) and Gibraltar are with in easy reach along the coast.

The mountains of Sierra Nevada are only 2 and a half hours drive away.

There are many Golf courses within the area. Aloha Golf and Los Naranjas are very close to the property.

Nueva Andalucia is very well located just north of Puerta Banus with easy access along the coast in either direction.
