|Minimum Stay||2 nights|
After a long day exploring Paris, Montmartrezen will welcome you : with its Indonesian decoration and furniture and the fact to be on the last floor of this Hausmannian building (with an elevator), you will relax straight away on one of the two sofa in front of the Parisian roofs. During the day, the sun comes inside the apartment to make it bright and at night, you can enjoy Paris by night. In your full equipped kitchen you will have the pleasure to cook a diner with the fresh produces you can buy straight away in the apartment's street or in the different markets close by. Then you will enjoy your diner in the cosy dining room. The living room is separated from the entrance hall by its own door so you are sure to have privacy and in the evening, you can simply watch TV or a DVD, read a book or have a chat in this quiet atmosphere.
Bedroom has a queen-size bed and a fan for the warm summer nights (with plenty of storage space).

In Feels Like Home in Paris we have decided to offer you only cosy and comfortable apartments which all have the same services : iPhone for free, laptop, cable TV, wifi, international calls for free during your stay, a personal greeting on arrival, a full welcome basket...By greeting you, it is ike welcoming friends. So à bientôt à Paris!
The Montmartrezen was a lovely little flat in a great location. Perfect for a couple who want to self-cater, with the main Montmartre sites in easy walking distance. Lots of bistros, restaurants, boulangeries and supermarches nearby. Having a laptop and wifi in the apartment was a real bonus and the welcome basket a real treat! The FLHP team made it an easy, comfortable stay that was a great alternative to hotel accommodation
I travel frequently to Paris for work, and have thus rented many different apartments over the years. This one is good - it's not the best but neither is it the worst I've rented in this price range in this neighborhood. It is nonetheless comfortable, and the FLHP team is very responsive and professional.
First the positives: The apartment is filled with light and the main living spaces (salon and bedroom) are very spacious. It is also very simply decorated, and clean. The bed is fabulously comfortable, and I slept straight through the night every night - something that I can never do at home! The location of the apartment is very convenient - it's in a part of Montmartre that is not touristy, so you do really feel like a local. The owner was on holiday when I arrived, but she arranged to have someone meet me and show me the place - I travel alone, and this is an essential factor in choosing an apartment. FLHP definitely ranks high on my checklist because of this service. My flight was not scheduled to depart until late afternoon, and Stéphanie was very gracious to allow me to stay an extra few hours on my day of departure so that I did not have to hang around at the airport all day.
My "issues" with the apartment (these are subjective and may not really be a bother to anyone else. But I like to have concrete details in order to make an informed decision and having known some of these things in advance may or may not have guided my decision): There is only storage to hang items in the bedroom, no place to put folded clothing or things like socks and underwear. The bathroom is very (!!) small. If you are corpulent, then do not consider this apartment, as you will not fit. The building itself is rather dingy, and the wood floor in the hallway in front of the entrance to the apartment is broken and easy to trip over. There is very little (to no) soundproofing - you can hear your neighbors as if they really are in the next room. These things are understandably out of the control of the owner, and she can in no way be faulted for them - but they are important details to be aware of nonetheless. That said - everyone I encountered in the building was very friendly.
In all, a fine stay. I am pleased with the service that FLHP provides, and would definitely rent another of their apartments in the future.
Our stay in this apartment was lovely, quiet, comfortable, tiny bathroom, nice living space, cell phone to use, WiFi. If there are any questions, Stephanie is quick to answer. We would stay there again. Thanks to Stephanie for the lovely welcome basket!!
The apartment is well equipped. The bedroom and lounge / dinning area are spacious whilst the kitchen and bathroom are very small. The kitchen has everything you could need.
However the bathroom is lacking a door that closes properly / locks and the hot water for the shower was not up to much. Also the door into the apartment take some mastering to open as the lock is very awkward. Having a lift up to the apartment was great and our host met us to direct us to the apartment which was a nice touch. The metro is only a couple of minutes walk away. There are plenty of little shops and cafés.
Overall we enjoyed our stay just a couple of bits that's could have made it perfect!
Excellent location and handy to supermarkets and Deli downstairs. Metro two minutes walk away.
The apartment was Clean and tidy and oh so cute. Stephanie is such a lovely lady and very helpful upon arrival. She explained everything well and the email contact prior to arriving was excellent. We really felt like we were living like a Parisian, thank you Stephanie.
The temperature is hot, the Gare du Nord is chaos, the taxi driver is great. Now let that apartment be as good as the promotional photos. Visitor expectation is a dubious affair: do not be too hopeful, but those pictures...
Our greeter was there, up in the lift to an apartment very much part of a residential block and as with all these properties this demands respect from the short-stay crowd, us.
First impression: very favourable. The overwhelming sensation is one of space.
Then you encounter those areas where space is at a premium. The kitchen,
whilst very tastefully furbished, was not somewhere you really wanted to spend time. It is a bit of a squeeze. The equipment was excellent. We used the washing machine since we are very light travellers and the big fridge was welcome. Part of the fun of this kind of stay has to be the novelty of staying somewhere 'lived-in'. This apartment certainly filled this bill. I actually used the term ' shabby chic' which is a compliment to certain people.
The initial feeling of space provided by the living area and the bedroom is partially compromised by the accessibility of the bathroom. I know it is not a room where you spend ages, but once you are in you start thinking of all the things you need to do so that you do not have to negotiate 'getting in' more than is necessary. As an overweight user of a walking stick, I am a good test of accessibility and I found it difficult.
This property needed a more thorough clean, especially the shower and the floor area of the shower room. There is also a tile missing which you see when on the loo. The coffee table had been treated/cleaned with some kind of oil: do not put white t-shirts on this table.
Am I being too picky? Possibly.
This kind of feed-back is what my husband and I look for; detailed and constructive.
The bed was amazing. Storage a little shabby.
We gave this property 4 stars, the location was perfect: Montmartre at its best. The deli below is very expensive but OMG worth it. Walk, walk, walk and see the most vibrant village available to you.
We loved it.
