The apartment of approx 70 sqm is located on the 1st floor of a building with a large bright living room, with bookcase, desk, sofa chair and a steel kitchenettes fully equipped with a large dining table, a comfortable master bedroom with several closets and a beautiful marble bathroom with tub and shower.

Central location; clean; welcoming; keeps it promi

The Soul of Spanish Steps was wonderful and surpassed our expectations. The apartment is very stylish and decorated with flair. Also it was very clean, large and comfortable and very quiet at night. Furthermore, it featured everything necessary and some more, like the Welcome-Prosecco, the Nespresso machine, and the B&O CD player. The bed was big and comfortable, and the marble bathroom simply beautiful. We really loved being there! On top of all that the central location near Piazza di Spagna was perfect and makes this place a real treasure. For anyone who wants to explore Rome on foot (or by public transport), one could not find a better place. Should we come back to Rome, we certainly would want to stay at the "Soul'" again and we certainly will highly recommend it to family and friends.

Spendid apartment

Very comfortable apartment in the Spanish Steps area. Relatively quiet street for a lively neighborhood, well furnished, close to the metro and attractions. Lina was attentive and responsive. A real pleasure to return at the end of a hard day touring and be able to put our feet up and relax. Lina had good restaurant recommendations, and the neighborhood had a good grocery store for all the necessities. We would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Beautiful apartment, central and comfortable.

The apartment was exactly as described, pleasant, clean, very well maintained and well stocked (from extra towels to coffee, cds, etc). Lina, the landlord, is absolutely charming and reliable. She provided useful advice and recommendations and everything went smoothly during check-in and check-out. The apartment is central and all attractions are within walking distance or easily accessible by metro or bus. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there myself when I visit Rome again! Thanks Lina, it really felt like home.

Great host, great apartment!

Due to a cancelled flight, we arrived at 3AM at the apartment and our host met us! We are so grateful for that. The apartment had everything we needed and more and just a short walk to the Spanish Steps! We were visiting to attend the Ryder Cup and being so close to the metro was a plus for us. The apartment did lose power briefly on our last night but came back on a short time later. The bedroom is in the back of the unit and was very quiet. Great stay!
