Opposite the family bedroom is another twin or double room with en-suite shower room with WC wash basin and single shower cubicle. Sleeps 2. Located at the front.

2 further bedrooms are located off the very spacious hallway that leads to the kitchen living dining room, sleeping 2 each with 'Zip and link' beds that can be set as doubles or 2 singles (Please specify at time of booking)

3 x Sofa Beds in the living room which sleep 1 adult each comfortably or 2 small adults or children.

Family Bathroom with walk in shower room and bath with WC and wash basin.

Excellent bungalow with great common areas

Very nice well renovated bungalow with great common areas, two rooms with ensuite and a large bathroom. Renovated kitchen, and nice conservatory/garden. Nice walks out of Ditchling, and 20mins from Brighton by car. Really great place for a sussex holiday.

Spacious and modern place. Immaculate condition.

Firstly booking the place couldn't of been easier. Andrew who was dealing with the booking was quick to respond to all emails, txt and calls. As well as answering every question I had.

I booked the place with 8 mates for a birthday getaway. Wanted a quite area to relax. Put on BBQ during the day. As well as being close to Brighton. It clicked all the boxes. It is about 15 minute drive to Brighton. Which is nothing, but with the views you see on Ditchling road to Brighton, you won't even notice the time. You would definitely need a car, or as a family a 7 or 10 seater. Which would make it easier then going in separate cars. Cabs cost £20 on average.

The place itself is in a quite country retreat in Ditchling. Perfect for relaxing. Like the title, very spacious. Very clean. And had everything you could ask for. From dishwasher, microwave, to all plates, cups and cutlery. Washing up liquid, toilet paper and even rubbish bags. This place was ready for you to move into without spending a penny.

The pictures doesn't do justice to the size of the place. But I would definitely go back their. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.
