The View is a modern, ground floor apartment in an historic granite built former Victorian gentlemen's residence, set in the desirable area of Newquay enabling guests to enjoy the close proximity of the stunning views and coastal paths. Internally, the apartment is spacious and well equipped and offers light, open plan living areas. Externally, the apartment offers far reaching harbour and sea views. The surfing hotspot, Fistral Beach is right on the doorstep, offering some of the finest surfing conditions in the UK.

Newquay is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the UK and with its miles of golden sandy beaches and award winning attractions it's not difficult to see why. Food lovers will not be disappointed as there are plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from including Jamie Olivers Fifteen restaurant in Watergate Bay and Rick Steins trio of eateries in Padstow.

Newquay is home to a selection of family friendly attractions such as Newquay Zoo, the Blue Reef Aquarium and Buccaneer Bay, whilst further afield there are a range of attractions sure to entertain the whole family including the Eden Project, Lands End and Flambard’s Theme Park.
