Please also know that Long Beach California is the most scenic costal community in Southern California, with the Queen Mary, Oil Islands, Long Beach Harbor and Breathtaking Sunset Views of Santa Catalina Island. Long Beach is also the most centrally located and the most reasonably priced of any costal community. You can’t find better weather or more friendly people. Think twice before you chose another location.

Beach access, beautiful views of Santa Catalina Island, Queen Mary, Oil Island Etc. No street sweepers...Long Beach has street sweepers once or twice a week, but not on this street.
Our group of 12 was in Long Beach for a tradeshow and were extremely happy with our choice to stay at the Casa Blanca. the patio in the front is amazing and could host quite a large party. the accomdations were clean and nice.. one bedroom does have to enter through the master which isnt ideal but no problem. Tom was very responsive to communications and saw it through after we left to make sure our security deposit was returned. Casa Blanca is conveniently located a block from a grocery store, has parking and we are excited to stay there again in the future! hopefully the internet is working next time~
My review is for the host, as I cannot give Tom any more praise for being such an understanding, genuine person! He was quick to respond and helpful through any questions/issues I had regarding his rental home--even while he was feeling a bit ill. If he was at all annoyed, he most certainly did not show it! He is an absolute doll, and I look forward to coming to Long Beach in the future and spending time at this beautiful house!

Casa Blanca is everything that it's promised to be: roomy, well supplied, decent kitchen (really great oven!) close to many amenities and there's also a bus stop across the street. It would be difficult for someone who is movement impaired because there are staircases required to get to it. Otherwise I would fully recommend it anyone who's looking to stay. The three rooms with lots of separate beds make it great for groups.
Casa Blanca's location couldn't be more perfect. Within walking distance from the beach or a quick drive to amusement parks. The house was very cozy yet very roomy. We had thirteen people and we were able to be spread out all over the house, it was awesome. We didn't run into any issues. We utilized the outdoor patio area most of the nights we were there. We met the owners who were extremely friendly. The breeze coming in through the windows cooled off the house perfectly. There are plenty of towels in the house. You have to go through the master bedroom to get to the third bedroom which was probably the hottest room in the house but there is an air-conditioner in there to help with that. My family was already planning the next trip back to this house while we were still on this trip, they loved it so much. :) We even had a few visitors during the week and it was nice that we had four parking spaces so our visitors had a place to park right in front of the house. We will definitely be back to the Casa Blanca house.
We rented Casa Blanca for the week to celebrate our daughter's graduation at CSULB. It was perfect for our need. It has a washer/dryer, cozy kitchen, but enough room for cooking, 3 tables for eating, it's close to the beach & 2nd street. The beds were very comfortable. To access the 3rd room, you need to go through the master bedroom, but it was not an issue for our family. The owners are very accomodating. Plenty of towels, and plenty of space in the living room. A nice BBQ for barbequing, and a patio area, plus 4 parking spaces.
the rental has a good location-- but that's where the good stops-- the furnishings in this rental are very well worn and dated-- this rental is equipped with lots of beds--bunkbeds--
the unit is not a true 3 bedroom as the only access to what is considered the third bedroom is only through the master bedroom--do not rent if you are couples and would like some privacy while you sleep-- the carpets are dirty and there was a strong odor upon entering the front door-- Landlord actually hosed down all outdoor patio space within hours of arrival making it impossible to sit and enjoy the beach view- don't understand that move. Over all this place is great if you are having a frat party weekend or a John Boy weekend. Owner states that he makes all aware of bedroom situation but
it is not mentioned in any ads only customer reviews.
