This Apartment is on the 4th Floor and served with Lift. It's Fully and highly furnished with new and modern furniture. It comprises 2 Main Bedrooms with 1 double bed in each Bedroom, Kitchen, Living, Bathroom with shower, 2 AC's, 2 Led TV's 47" and 32". There is also a nice terrace enjoying sea views and also it is suitable for BBQ ing. BBQ included
This property is fully equipped with all needs such as Bath Towels, Bed Linen, Washing Machine etc.. and also has a free wi-fi access.
This property is centrally located with all amenities nearby such as: pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, wines and spirit market, restaurants, bars, etc. Access to Ramla Bay and for bus station is within a 5 minutes by walk where a nice stretch of a 2 kilometre promenade is located along this bay.
Security damage deposit of €100 required. Which those will refundable on last day of the stay when no damages are found in the apartment.The use of air condition is also including in the rental rates, however use of electricity is included in the price for a maximum of 20 units per day. Any extra units will be charged at €0.20c per unit.
Renting: Long/Short Lets.
