Minutes from the bustle of Camden, we are in the center of Rockport Village and at the base of Rockport harbor. Rockport Harbor is home to Rockport Marine which attracts some of the world's more beautiful boats.
The Marine Park is quiet, small and spectacularly beautiful. The statue of Andre' the Seal along with 2 restored lime kilns and a steam engine are amongst the attractions that appeal to family picnics and swimming at Goodie's Beach.
You can walk to restaurants, music, galleries, and a wine shop near the house. Camden is only 1.5 miles.
Great walking and bicycling is available along Beauchamp Point. Don't forget to check out the Children's Chapel and the Belted Galloway 'Oreo Cookie' cows at Aldermere Farm. Hike Mt. Battie or stroll through Camden's many interesting retail establishments and waterfront restaurants.
Other Activities: RAYR coffee and wine shop, Cellar Door Winery, Shepard's Pie Restaurant,3 Dog Restaurant, Market Basket takeout meals, Graffam's Fish Market, Fresh Lobster from the dock across the street on the Town Landing, Maine Center for Contemporary Art, Maine Media Photographic Workshops, Library, Bay Chamber Music offerings at the Opera House, YMCA, Pop the Cork, Lobster Festival, Blues Festival, Art Fairs,Classic Car Shows and Hill Climbs, Owls Head Transportation Museum.

Rockport Harbor is home to 100's of classic yachts and a fleet of working lobster boats. In addition, the Schooners Heron and Timberwind are docked within sight of the house. Located in the middle harbor is our mooring. This mooring is suitable for a full keel sailboat upto 42'in length.
