Upscale private home in the very desirable 'Cobblefield area' which is part of Southampton Village . Home is well decorated in a 'breezy' Southampton style. NEW KITCHEN, Two (of five) bed rooms are large master sized rooms with king sized beds and private baths . Other downstairs bed room has two twin beds. Two upstairs bedrooms are each double beds. Upstairs perfect for visitors or help.

Private back yard patio with room to cook out and party. Also space in grassy back yard for children or grandchildren to play.
Home is immediately adjacent to 15 open acres of rolling landscaped hills with tennis courts and large swimming pool as part of Association property, all usable by tenant. Pool and tennis are 100 yards from the home and not crowded.

Great to have a pool and tennis across the street. Awesome location. Bike to town and beach. Private enclosed yard great for kids.

Spacious and airy beach retreat

Beach chic home with beautiful seascape art lining the walls. Open floor plan allowed for great entertaining from the outdoor patio into the living room/dining room. Spacious bedrooms and baths. Steps away from the pool and tennis courts. Easy access to the beach and town was a plus! Will definitely rent again.
